Dislike this app compared to Kourts
Playtomic acquired the Kourts app and I do not like to use this app. There is way too much going on when all I want to do is book a court. I don’t care for it to be a social media site as well. I also do not like that I cannot cancel my booking less than 24 hours in advance-I bet there are a decent amount of courts going to waste since people cannot cancel. Overall, I am very disappointed at this app compared to Kourts.

As far as I know, we’re not in the military and there’s no war in town. It’s quite annoying that the time when making reservations is military time. May I ask why?? No one uses that except airlines because when traveling time zone changes etc.. doesn’t make sense. May I suggest to use am/pm. Thank you

This terrible app logs me out of my accout out of nowhere every once in while , and ask for verification through SMS only with no other option to log in . And of course, I don’t receive any SMS from you although i checked my number correct like 100 times !!!

Where do I start? I use it as a member of my local club (where I already pay a membership, so using this app that is transactional based is a HUGE step backwards)!
(1) unable to cancel your reservation unless it’s 24 hours ahead, I used to be able to cancel within the hour in Kourts (the now deprecated app that Playtomic took over)
(2) ability to quickly see my reservations for the week (now it’s buried in multiple menus)
(3) horrible UX

Confusing and “busy”
Confusing as heck. Don’t like the rolling timeline. The site is way too busy with all of the extras trying to be added. I cannot fathom booking a match through this versus sending someone a text asking them to play.
