Mostly good
- I would like the font size on messages to be adjustable (larger if possible) - there is not “slide to go back” recognition like there is in other message apps. You have to tap the “back” button on the top left which on larger screen iPhones is a stretch to do one handed.
- you can’t add a chat participant once the message is sent. If you need to include someone new, currently , you have to begin a new message thread.

Awesome!
I love using the app instead of using the computer. It’s an awesome tool and saves time. Which we all could use more of. Haha! The update that allows you to press on the patient’s name is awesome as well. It makes entering charges much faster. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it lacks the option to change the date. It’s a great feature if you are entering charges for the current day. Otherwise I end up having to open the profile to change the date. If the date could be added to this new feature then the app would be considered golden in my opinion. I still give it 5 stars because I think the developers deserve it. Great app! Thank you!! 😊

Cannot Delete People
We are a healthcare company so got PMD to be HIPAA compliant. I found out the free app cannot delete old employees. I didnt think it was a big deal until a former employee engages in sending harassing messages on PMD after we removed her access from other areas of communication. Our admin had to call PMD and argue with rep, request a supervisor and explain the threat this was causing. PMD did eventually delete her access.

This app is amazing. It makes my billing so easy and fluid and doesn’t interrupt workflow or patient care. The UI is so user friendly and anyone could get the hang of it easily. Could not imagine doing it any other way!
