This update includes a great new feature - Block Programming! With Block Programming, you can now log workouts as circuits, supersets, normal progression, or all three at the same time.

We've added a new color to the Log Workout View, the Edit Workout View, and the Workout Summary View to distinguish which exercises are circuit-based. Supersets and Normal progression workouts continue to look and behave as previously built.

After 13 years of professional baseball I have tried every training method that is available. I can say without a doubt that PMR Performance had me more prepared for my season than any other method of training. With the app it was very easy to train no matter where I happened to be in the world. And, with an instructional video for every single exercise I never had to worry about not knowing what to do. I will be using PMR for the rest of my career and beyond.

Excellent fitness app
I find that this app is easy to navigate and gives me exactly what I'm looking for as it relates to tracking my fitness goals. The videos are easy to follow and help with my daily workouts!
