I previously gave this app 5 stars and I am still giving this app 5 stars. I love the redesign of the UI! It's fresh and feels much more modern.
A friendly suggestion is maybe include a key of the Emojis on a splashscreen when users open the app for the first time since updating and maybe put it in the settings for a quick reminder. Love the use of the Emojis though. Not hard to figure out.
Additionally, just something I personally would love is the ability to turn on a dark mode changing the UI to a darker color scheme.

Wish I could give this app 0 stars…
I first downloaded this app during its so-called “glory days” during BB16 and back then it was great. I got simple updates about the structure of the house with no opinions/narcissism, just plain FACTS. However, in later seasons I’ve kept giving the app “another chance” and couldn’t help notice the increasing amount of childish, opinionated, despicable & preposterous content in the descriptions written by the clearly narcissistic developers. If it wasn’t for the developers deleting all the negative reviews of this app, I believe that the overall rating would be under a 2.0 like it should be and less people would be wasting their time. Also, I won’t forget to touch on some of the replies to the reviews I’ve just skimmed over on here. They just prove my point even more: textbook narcissism. The developers are only concerned about themselves and they’re opinions, saying things like “Well 10s of thousands of people love this app. It’s been the same for 9 years. Sorry to see you go.” & “Just calling it how I see it. Nicole #2 is the worst winner ever, that’s why I changed her memory wall picture to a snake.” Just plain pitiful, that all I can say is stop what you’re doing now, get the app back to the way it was 6 years ago, and call me when 10s of MILLIONS of people love it & it’s actually deserving of a 4.7/5 star rating. Maybe I’ll download it again, maybe I won’t.

I have had your app & many many more apps for years. This year I was not sure if I was going to renew. One- because it is free online & most importantly by the last few weeks of every season your site goes MIA reported every 5 hours? Don’t tell me you do this for free! Even if let’s say you get 100,000 people who purchase your app, that’s 500 thousand dollars, with the begging of someone please take over & hackers getting into your site. Even though I have a different credit card for iTunes then I did last year. Rather then ask me if I wanted to renew, you just decided to take it upon yourself to charge me?

Needs Notifications
The status updates are great, but I wish there were notifications when a new one is posted to the home screen. I hate when I check the app and it is referring to a previous status that I may have missed. This would easy be a 5 star rating if there were an option for notifications.

The main person/persons that runs this application are very negative. There’s already too much negativity in this world. I watch shows and try to distract from all that with Big brother. Yes, I get that it’s a reality show and of course there’s drama. Though, drama and that kind of negativity spread is vastly different. A heads up to the creator, when someone gives you a bad review, you generally wanna try to fix it. Not leave an unprofessional and rude comment. Just a little something I learned in business school. Some of the responses made on bad reviews make you look very childish. Good luck to your business. And to the customers, I wouldn’t ever subscribe to this app. The person running this app appears to be 12.

Love the updates but hate the negativity
Yes everyone has rights to their own opinions but the writers take it a little far. The only reason I listen is for the updates and maybe one day they’ll change the way they deliver them. Maybe place a different section for personal opinions and just do brief one line unbiased updates for others? I’m not trying to discredit their own claims and beliefs but some of them go completely against what I believe in and if keeps getting worse I’m gonna have to get rid of the app. I’m just suggesting some info delivery changes maybe? Where everyone can express their opinions instead of just you. Thank you.

Biased Barf Emojis Ruined It For Me
While I have loved this app over the years, I can not stand behind it anymore.
While updates are fairly timely, I find their opinions of the cast members to conflict with the updates too much. They are bias and it’s annoying to follow.
For instance, Nicole has won HOH and Veto this week, instead of the normal key and medal emoji on her picture to show she has won these competitions, there are two BARF EMOJIS Childish and disappointing.
Deleting the app and finding a better source for the duration (just over two weeks) of the season.
While updates are fairly timely, I find their opinions of the cast members to conflict with the updates too much. They are bias and it’s annoying to follow.

I paid my $4.99 yearly fee today to get rid of the ads. I still have the ads popping up. I’m not getting updates and it says I have not subscribed to the app on the first page. I have no clue how to contact anyone about it. They took my money but the app is not working for me.

I have used this app for years and always loved its features, especially when i could just scroll through hours of updates to catch up. But for some reason, with the new update, every time i open the “updates” tab my phone crashes and won’t let me access it. I’ve redownloaded the app and turned my phone on and off several times but nothing has solved the issue. There is no other app like this one, and I really want this problem fixed so I can fully enjoy it.

Emoji Guide Missing
I really love this app and there really isn’t anything that bothers me about it except one thing. It is the emoji guide. When I first got this app, there was an emoji guide saying what each emoji means if it was on a player. Now it is not there. Idk if it’s something with my phone, the app, or what. I have tried to fix this but I can’t find anything that helps in the settings. Hope somebody has some tips to fix this. Thanks
