Changed. My. Life.
I’ve been lucky enough to use Pocket Breath Coach as a tester for a few months now and I am so happy to see a full release available.

Don’t get me wrong, even in the rough “tester” version this app completely changed my life. I’ve used several other similar apps on the market and Pocket Breath Coach is the clear winner. It is so easy to use and quickly switch up breathing patterns with seamless performance… even running in the background when I lock my phone.

But now with the addition of premium sounds and the ability to save custom patterns, it’s even quicker and easier to jump into the perfect guided breathing session when I feel my anxiety building for different reasons.

I subscribed immediately when it became available because there were just so many of the features I had been looking for in a guided breathing app. You can really tell the developer spends time listening to his users to give the best possible experience with his app.

Game changer for your mental health
Understanding and being in tune with your breathing is, in my understanding, the most important thing you can do to improve your mental health. I’ve used the other mainstream apps for breathing exercises, and while they’re great, they can be frustrating in their rigidity and templates nature.

Breath coach is so awesome because it gives you the ability to modify the exercises to fit your needs/desires, which can be the difference between keeping up with regular breath work or burning out. Can’t recommend breath coach enough

Live saver!
I’m obsessed with this app! It’s so easy to use and incredibly helpful in managing my anxiety and wondering mind. I’ve been using box breathing to re-center myself, relax and focus on my breathing, and lower my heart rate and it has done wonders for me. I really love that you’re able to turn on the breathing exercises and lock your phone/put it away so you’re not tempted to browse other apps and you can just focus on you’re breathing. Very happy to have this in my toolbox now!

Great for every day and travel!
I love using this app throughout the day when I’m at work and need to relax before a meeting or before bed as a way to wind down. It’s also been great to use for travel on planes. I pop in my airpods and turn on my relaxing spa sounds and zen out for the flight! I like that there are different audio cues to direct my breathing so that I can listen and practice even while reading a book or closing my eyes.

Great breathing app with tons of options!
I love all the options for sounds and all of the customizations for timing and animation. When I am stressed at work and have a few moments free, this has been a great guiding force for helping me calm down with intentional breathing. I also have been finding it very helpful to wind down my day before bed. I would highly recommend you check this app out!
