OUR RESEARCH
Created in collaboration with sleep experts Dr. Fiona Barwick and Dr. Stanley Liu from Stanford University and a video game therapy expert, Dr. Ryan Kelly, Pocket Kado is the first app to deliver CBT-I (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia) in the form of gameplay. Unlike traditional sleep therapy, which is often costly and inaccessible, Pocket Kado is finally making CBT-I accessible and affordable–all through an adorably engaging and interactive experience!
