-Create a Poker Club (Private Room)
A Host controls the Private Room. The Host can invite other players and set up custom tournaments and ring games. The Private rooms feature custom Bad Beat Jackpots. Create ring games with custom rakes and custom blinds. Private Rooms can be renewed before time expires to keep the game going.
-Poker Clubs with Ranking (Leagues)
Leagues have all the features of the Private Rooms plus more features for tracking statistics and player rankings. A league functions like a championship point system. If there are 20 participants in a League tournament, the winner would receive 20 points, 2nd place would receive 19 points, and so on until last place receives 1 point. A series of tournaments takes place over a given amount of time and the player with the most points at the end of the season wins The League Pot.*
*League Pot builds from every tourney created that is ranked. League pot pays out at end of season.
Leagues also have ranked ring games. Players can participate in ranked ring games (designated by the host) which show up in the ring game rankings on the main page of the league. The ranked ring games are separate from the tourneys. The league is set up to have long-term ranking for ring games or tournaments. The rankings are based on total profits, not chips totals.
Leagues can be renewed for another season. The players and chips will carry over to the new season.
It is also possible to play in unranked tournaments and ring games like in a Private Room.

Mostly good...well, until today. Is it dead?
Last week while playing, my hole cards weren’t appearing. Tried what was mentioned here, but didn’t fix. Reinstalling app seemed to fix. Have tried to play since yesterday—on both iPhone and iPad—and it’s stuck at “Connecting.” Is Pocket Poker Room functioning any more?

I love this app because it really lets me tailor my games how I want. I frequently play with friends and never get bored because there are so many options.

Terrible dealer
We have been looking for a good poker app to run tourneys. We found this one and by the end of the tournament me and the last guy with me counted 8 straight flushes on the flop. There was a super play in every single hand no lie. Every single hand either had a flush or full house that would land on the flop. Every. Single. Hand. Go with a different poker app they also charge you to open private rooms.

Not for serious poker players
If you want sheer entertainment in a goofy way, this is your app. Cards are not random and post flop cards seem to be action inducing. Don’t come here to improve your craft. Worst poker app I’ve tested. It’s great for a laugh though unless you lose to a straight runner runner several times in secession.

I said I’d be back to give a review after Saturday night event and Pocket Poker Room was Exactly what I hoped it was with room. To grow as an app. We had 18 participants and only struggle we had was the RE-buy process during a tournament. Part my fault part it wasn’t clear to general user. I’m keeping original words up because it shows with patience, Hope, and trust all will be well. Sunday I test it out and worked well between 2 people. So. I got excited and promoted it to 30 guys for an upcoming tournament but site has been two days so they can’t register. I’ll update my review up or down based on Saturday. Night

Cool, but glitchy
Starting off was rough. Upon sitting down, the game would not show my hole cards. Happened to me on first login and reup and I lost 3 blinds both times; had to log back in to try to resolve, but unsure if this actually mattered.
Other bugs: auto fold doesn’t seem to work when there is a raise.
Other watch out: Typical poker lore, but our game is seeing a lot of huge hands being dealt. In a Full table, and we’ve seen quads hit 6 times in 9 hours of sessions.

Great for our needs
Started a private room to play SNGs with anywhere from 5-20 people. Interface is smooth and nice to be able to pay winners with canned goods outside of the app.
