Could be better if..
We got the option to see who liked our posts, the option to actually reply to other’s comments on the feed whenever someone comments on our posts because we have to screenshot everyone’s comments which is a hassle just to let them know we aren’t ignoring them. And also the option to save/download the pictures everyone posts instead of screenshotting them. Please take this into account to make the app more enjoyable for the users!

Some idols are lovely! Others don’t even message or reply to you! For example, I PAID for the Kim YeonGuk subscription almost a month ago and I have no response whatsoever. ID LIKE A REFUND FOR WASTING MONEY ON HIM

I love this app because I am able to meet great people and talk with 2z! However, there are some things on the app that are very annoying, my friends and I have made a list of things that would make the app better overall.
-the load time is insane, I’m sure the app developers may know this already but the amount of time it takes to like a post or send a comment is SO long compared to other apps, it really should not load so slow im tired of seeing that purple circle spin it needs to be faster
-dark mode (black screen: for example like twitter blackout mode) the white screen hurts when we use the app at night, and some people just prefer the way dark mode looks
-ability to reply to comments: all of us screenshot comments and make new posts to reply because we can’t actually reply to people 😭😭
-a “back to top” button. it may be a small thing, but it’s insanely annoying to have to scroll to the top every five seconds
-ability to like comments, it would be cool to like comments like you can on weverse
-ability to post videos
-ability to post multiple pictures at once
-able to share pockets, I wish we could send pockets to someone on the app, I’ve seen a lot of people post about wanting to share pockets that they’ve already bought with their friends who can’t afford more

Money scam
The UI is very buggy, app keeps crashing, idols have trouble with the app too. Sometimes messages will disappear so idols cannot reply to people that paid money to talk to them. Also letters are very slow to earn but every message takes a lot of letters. People that cannot pay so much for both subscription and letters will only be able to send one message every 10 days while subscription time is still counting down. Sometimes people also have to send another message (another 10 letters) for idols to see their messge and be able to reply because app is buggy and message disappears so idols cannot see it. The new card book event is also a scam. I spend all of the letters that I saved and got the same 3 cards more than once when there is supposed to be a big variety

I wish in the subscription you either don’t have to pay more money to talk to who you’re subscribed to, but, if not that then I would say making pockets worth 1 instead of 10 because it run out really fast.

it’s a good idea but..
it would be much better if we had the option to just pay every month to text them so we don’t have to pay for a subscription and then also buy pockets to text them..or change it from 10 pockets to 1-5 pockets. 10 is way to much. this app has a really good base to work with but unless u make it more accessible to people in regards with the pockets/subscription people aren’t going to enjoy the app as much.

THE APP IS GIVING ME A LOT OF PROBLEMS
The app keeps logging me out I tried changing my password (which I did) but now it’s not letting me in at all I tried to change my password but now it’s not giving me a link at all can you please delete my account I’m so mad this app is the worst app I’ve ever downloaded
