If you think you’ve played Tetris before, think again! Ponon brings new challenges (and advantages) to one of the world’s most famous games. Fit the glowing pieces to make full horizontal lines in order to disappear. Use the ghost guide on the bottom to fit certain pieces, and swipe it down to lock it in. Act quickly, because if you don’t do your job fast enough, extra curveballs will be thrown your way as you try to avoid letting your lines reach the top!
classic Mode:
Try to hold as long as you can! and get more points!By creating a horizontal line of blocks without gaps to get points, When the blue line reaches the right end, random amount of Ponon blocks will grow from the bottom. With every 2000 points get, the game enters into a new level with the gray block up faster and the new block fall faster.
adventure Mode:
There are 240 carefully designed levels in 5 chapters with the increasing difficulty of levels, Ponon guarantees you will linger on our games while forget passing of the time.Remove the square to under the green safe line in limited time enables you to get more stars as well as to break your personal record!

Seems like a solid Tetris clone but a couple complaints right off the bat, the first one being serious enough for me to not be interested in playing with gesture controls turned on any more:
. When you're using the swipe option to drop blocks (which is very satisfying aside from this), it will often shift my block to the left or right at the last moment. It should be coded so left/right movements are less sensitive when dragging blocks straight down from higher up
. The other complaint is minor, but I don't really like the fact that it adds interrupting layers on the bottom. For a separate mode I could understand this, but classic mode I want straight-forward tetris gaming, no shenanigans like that. Perhaps it's a copyright issue

iPad Mini Issues
I tried to download this game several times and each time I opened up the game I could only see the top quarter of the screen - which means I could neither play or choose any options. I didn't see anywhere else to ask for support.
I've played this game on my phone (a droid), but am having this trouble on an iPad mini. I love playing on my phone, but am frustrated with this version and the lack of a clear place to register questions or comments other than the reviews for the game.

Why No Updates?
I love this game, but I wish it would update again. It's been a year since the last update, and I'd really like it if it didn't have the Christmas theme anymore. And new levels would be great.

Bitter Sweet 100% awesome
I've been playing this game for the past 2 years. It's absolutely the best Tetris like game in the App Store. I only wonder why the developer doesn't update the game AND more importantly why doesn't the developer create more games. His/her talent in creating great games is obvious and should lead to more entertaining games. Even without the updates, this game is one that I play most and last I checked a year ago, I had more than 1,000 apps downloaded.

Did Love it!!! Just updated the Christmas version. It is still a good game but now the view is extremely large--it was much better and easier to see when the individual pieces were smaller! If this was done intentionally, maybe you could offer options of sizes. I definitely do not love this version as much as the smaller size of cubes.
I am adding this after playing the game for several weeks after initial update....Cannot stand the larger sizes! Loved the smaller view! Please change back to the small tiles!

Too great!
I've loved this game ever since I downloaded it. Never gets old just playing the classic version! My friend and I play against each others' high scores and it's a lot of fun. Great UI and design, not to mention the fun music and sounds. I am wondering why we're still in the Christmas version though. ;) Not that I don't love Christmas.

Hate the ad at the bottom!!
I'm liking the game but hate the ad at the bottom of the screen!! It's right where the rotate buttons are and right as the time runs out, the ad appears and I hit that banner every time! Don't know what the solution is, but please fix it!!!

I love the game but...
This game is highly addictive until you get to level 21 in which the pieces become too odd and misshaped. I would give this game a perfect 5 stars if it weren't for those odd pieces
