Charming and captivating
I sit here previewing the newest LC Interactive Book and giggling next to my husband. My 3 year old loves the Beatrix Potter as well as the Sandra Boynton Books. I think the Beatrix Potter books, especially Peter Rabbit, are an exemplary bridge between the classic stories and the new media platform. They are done with lovely music playing behind the narration, the spoken word is like comfort food, and the original illustrations are only enhanced by the interactive features like squeaks and tumbling leaves and other natural elements. I will continue to purchase anything that this company can produce.

Another Great Beatrix Potter Book
We have really enjoyed all of the LCI books, so far, including the two books done in collaboration with Sandra Boynton. This latest Squirrel Nutkin edition definitely lives up to the excellence already established in the previous works. We particularly like the voice of the narrator in the Beatrix Potter Series. Keep up the good work and we look forward to the many fine LCI children's e-books in the future!

Accuracy is paramount in an app like this. Accuracy is thrown aside, however, in the lack of synchronization between words on the page and words spoken.

This is GREAT
This company makes the BEST children's book iPad and iPhone apps. I am so glad when they put out another FANTASTIC book app. I own all of their apps and each one should receive an award for EXCELLENCE. I do wish they would have put the answers to the riddles in italics like some people have done to this story. Again, this company is EXCEPTIONAL!!! I applaud you!!!

Sets the standard, again
I am thrilled to see another classic by Loud Crow. It lends itself to immediate differentiated instruction and the classics contain luscious vocabulary that children can access and understand through highly engaging interactions. Spans age and abilities!

This crashes on my iPad2
I love the idea of this app, but it crashes on my iPad 2. I haven't been able to get through the first two pages of the story.
