Great in concept, execution falls a bit short
This is a great idea. I think it should be mentioned up front that you don’t NEED the uke turned on for play, it’s merely the lights. In addition, there are so many bugs with the available songs. I really want to learn Let It Be, but that and several more just wont work. Also, this markets that you can learn over 100 songs. I counted, there’s 83, and if some of them don’t work anyway there’s far less. I would hope the company would pump out more fixes. I understand if you’re a small shop, but there’s an expectation of a product being up to snuff if someone spent ~$200 on it.

Great tutorials
The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the content isn’t available when offline.
So I bought this a few months ago and when I’m able to connect to the internet it’s great. I’m made a lot of progression in a short about of time. And it’s really fun. Definitely recommend.

Such a great learning app
I got this app and I really wasn’t expecting it to be great since it was free but it is extremely awesome! It goes over everything so simply from chords to even how to hold the ukelele! I love it! Thank you so much for making this app so great for beginners!

Great, when it works.
I go this app in a hope that I would be able to play the uke. I was very pleased at first but then the game started crashing and would connect even when it was it said that when I played the cords, I didn’t. Very annoying deleting right now and sending back.

Don’t waste your time
I purchased the populele for the kids as a Christmas gift thinking it would be a great introduction to musical instruments. After waiting 2 months to open it I cannot manage to get the app to work (IOS and app are updated). The device won’t connect to Bluetooth and the app crashed before I can do anything. Waste to money. I will be contacting my credit card company to get a refund.

Won’t recognize me
Reinstalled app after not using for a year or so. Reset password doesn’t work. Getting support is useless. Wound up on a page in Chinese. There was supposed to be an update but it hasn’t happened for iOS . Good idea bad execution

Waste of money
Just flush $200 down the drain. It only picks up my strumming every 20 times I play a chord. Tuning peg came broken. Don’t waste your money!!!
