Better docking and undocking using the Skipperfriends app.

We have concentrated on three frequently occurring standard situations:

• Docking/undocking alongside: a maneuver that occurs practically everywhere, in the harbour, at the jetty or at the petrol station.
• Mediterranean Mooring: the typical situation in the Mediterranean, e.g. in Italy or Croatia.
• Docking/undocking on piles/dolphins: found in many harbours, whether on the North Sea, Baltic Sea or in inland areas.

Several variants are shown, depending on the wind conditions, starting with the relatively simple situations. The maneuvers are kept short and clear so that they are quickly available in the app in an "urgent case". They are designed so that even a small crew (2 people) can perform them safely. A must for beginners and advanced skippers, since even a small mistake can be very expensive. This app shows how to do it right.
