Discover the hidden history of the Portview Trade Centre, at one point one of the largest flax spinning mills in Belfast. Previously called the Strand Mill, this app will allow you to walk the history of the trade centre and discover the process of creating the linen fabric from flax field to factory.

This application is an AR experience which will bring history back to life on your phone, showing a walkable timeline of events in the mill stretching from the beginning of the flax industry all the way to the current site and it's future. The vision of the future of the site is a concept and this app will allow you to walk through it and not only imagine but see how the site will be renewed for the 21st Century.

When using AR functionality, please be aware of your surroundings. Any children using the app must be supervised by an adult.
