Jacobwr100,
This is Your App
I have tried basically every student planner app, and PowerPlanner is hands down my favorite. This app is a beast, offering not only the standard assortment of features like class schedule and assignment tracker, but also rarer features like Grade tracker and even a “What if?” mode, which allows you to play with your grades and see where you think you stand in a class, as well as what you need to pull the final grade you want. Sadly, that feature is currently only available on the PC version, but I highly recommend using both.

While I recommend this app for both high school and college, it has been a life safer for me in college. I owe 3 of my As last semester, in part, to PowerPlanner. On one of them, the teacher miscalculated my final grade in the class, which I only caught because this app told me what it should have been. For the other two classes, it showed me that my final grades were borderline (just below 89.5) before my professors posted final grades. This gave me time to contact them and request they round up my final grades, which they both kindly did.

That is just a brief overview of my experience with this app for a single semester. I honestly have nothing bad to say about it as of yet. Definitely give it a try.

Cheap Pro Version
This planner is great! Helps me stay organized and one of my favorite features is the grade tracker. It syncs to my google calendar so I can see due dates in my calendar app. The developer did something very rare these days. A lifetime purchase of the pro version. As of this review the pro version is $1.99 super cheap. With this you unlock the ability to create more than one semester as well as other useful features. Nowadays everything is subscription based. Which is fine for some things but to charge a monthly subscription for a school planner I think is greedy. I greatly appreciate the developer understanding that college students don’t have a ton on $$$ to spend on subscriptions. Thank you for creating this app!

Best planner app
I searched through many planner apps on here for iPads ( pocket, myHomework, etc.) this by far was the best choice. To begin with this app is the most affordable (only one time payment of 2$) for the premium; and you get a great value app for your buck. Other apps would have ridiculous monthly and yearly subscription prices for a least productive service. This app is underrated. It needs more recognition. Perfect to manage my college class schedule and assignments. Has great organization. Some parts of the app could be tweaked to be a more smooth when adding the times for tasks and classes. But all in all I highly recommend. Will update if I encounter any issues.

Very Considerate
This has to be one of the best planner apps on the iOS App Store (believe me IVE LOOKED). You can organize classes by color, add your own details to each class (like a teacher’s contact info), link it with google calendar, etc. what I love the most is that unlike other planner apps you DON’T have to subscribe, you purchase it once if you want to buy the full version, and I can definitely see myself doing that.

I do have a couple suggestions that would make it 5 ⭐️‘s. PLEASE add in a way to organize classes during a block/rotation schedule. Instead of Monday-Friday it’s Days 1-8 and periods 1-8

This is how my school does it, and I want to be able to use the app for keeping my schedule as well as assignments.
What I mean is; let’s say you have 8 days and 8 periods. You’re setting up 2nd period. On day 1 2nd period is 8am-9am, but on days 3-8 it’s 9am-10am.

That might be confusing, so tell me if you need more info, but “My Study Life” has what I’m talking about.

These are the buttons
Class> New time>

Day Type = Numbered day
Rotation Days = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 (can select multiple)
Start time = 0:00
End time = 0:00
ZMarie96,
Liked it so much I shared on my FB page
Just in case anyone was looking for an app for managing school work this is the one I use and I absolutely love it. Easy to use and syncs between my laptop and phone. There is a pro version for purchase but it’s a one time purchase and less than $5 if I remember correctly. Works super well for college even though I’m only taking online courses but I think it would work well for any high schooler as well. I need it on my phone because I’m always losing/forgetting a paper planner or simply forgetting to update it or look at it. This sends me notifications for reminders.

Wonderful app
This app has been incredibly useful for me as a high school student to keep track of assignments and know when my homework is due. Glad it has a computer and mobile app, even more grateful it’s free. Thank you for making such a useful tool.

The only things I’d suggest is to allow users to sort assignments based on priority, not just date due. Although I understand the financial needs of a small app, It would also be nice to have the recurring feature be free, since that’s the negative aspect that sets it apart from other apps.

Great service!!!
LL?!,
Practically Perfect
The app itself is amazing with all the ways it allows you to organize your classes, assignments and assignment types, semesters, grades, etc. It’s very user friendly and it syncs across devices perfectly. My only complaint is that the desktop version doesn’t have any of these organizational tools—if you want to change the assignment type but input the assignment on desktop, you’ll have to open the mobile app. Also, if you try to insert a task under a specific class and task tab, the assignment defaults to the first class on your list rather than that class you’re entering the task under. Please make this more computer accessible!

Love this app but missing day preview on calendar view
I live and die by this app to keep me organized in law school and genuinely recommend it to everybody! A little bummed that the last update changed one of my favorite features. On calendar view, you used to be able to see a small preview of the day you tapped at the bottom of the screen (like on the first picture). After the last update, calendar view takes up the whole screen and tapping a day brings you to the full day view without the calendar. I loved being able to see both at once and would love that feature to be brought back!
QuantumElectron,
Great app: Some Suggestions
I recently got an iPad for college and was in the market for a planner! This app works fantastically. It is fully featured, simple, has a nice interface, and is really affordable! I have some suggestions: 1. There is a bug when adding tasks and events on iPad where the UI shifts to the left and becomes too small when you try to change the class or date. 2. More fully featured Apple Pencil support would be great 3. Some kind of weekly view where you can see and add tasks would be really useful for me Overall though, really great app!
Skriddle00,
Perfect student Checklist App. Utterly impressed.
I’m very impressed with this app. Since Corona, I’ve needed a planner more than ever to keep up with my assignments. I love that the to do/checklist has an option for you to slide your progress bar when you start working on something and get some things done, but maybe not the whole task. I love it so much! It was the feature I never knew I needed. It also prioritizes your checklist by due date which is how I roll! It has things due within the next two days grouped off and after two days is in a separate group. I’m utterly impressed.
