Why have a app that certain people can use if i pay for it why can’t i use it it makes no sense at all this needs to be fixed i’m in need of help and I see a really good app but It’s not for everyone’s access trash!

I purchased the app for $5.99. Then it brings you to a sign up screen. After I typed in my information, an error appeared at the bottom of the screen that says "Error, try to upload information again".
