good workout
Great for stretching, getting the blood flowing. Circulation is really important during pregnancy and this definitely helps as well as keeping you active. If it was to much or to strenuous I just substitute for something easier and try it again next time. Definitely gonna be my go to workout!

It is a grate yoga exercise guide app for iPhone. I use daily morning, I learn many yoga with this app really happy to use this app. It has video guide so very easy to learn with step by step guide. It has many facilities for our body health. I thank again to this app developer.

Great exercises
I have to say I love everything about this app from beginning to end. I love how I can design my daily yoga routine, the basic moves that anyone can do, detailed instructions and high quality videos. This app give every mom the ability to have that cute pregnant body you always wanted . I'm in my first trimester pregnancy yoga exercise and like it.. I think i will do it everyday

Terrible
The poses are nice and easy but the app is super frustrating. Very upset I spent money on it , there’s a lot better free alternatives. Regular videos on the internet are going to provide you with more information and support then these badly illustrated/ audio clips

Terrible app! I am very disappointed in this app. I downloaded because I am pregnant and thought to be a great app for pregnancy but it lacks structure, the voice and poses are too fast, visual aspect is terrible, graphics are horrendous and I deeply regret paying this much money for it. THERE IS NO SEQUENCE TO THE POSES AND TRANSITION,!! Should have known better and shouldn't have wasted money on this one. Yoga Studio by Gaiam is waaaaaaay better! The only thing that made me buy this ugly app is the fact that says that it's all about pregnancy. Shouldn't have fallen for that.

Beware because it tries to make you buy the other terrible apps they own. Disappointing! This app is so disappointing!

The voice and poses are too fast that there is no enjoyment or effectiveness to say the least.

What an fantastic app. It gives detailed instructions as well as being able to see Yoga positions in really good quality video. Love this app, well worth the money and has got me hooked. I uses this as often as I possibly can. Simply a brillian tool for relaxing and getting in the right frame of mind for labour. Any women wanting to do Yoga whilst pregancy this is the app for you

Yoga at any time
This is the perfect yoga app. Not too hard not too easy. I never really practice yoga before pregnancy and I was so sick in my first trimester there's no way I could do anything. So this is perfect for me,helps me focus, to concentrate and keep me healthy. Worked up a sweat without feeling like I'm dying

This app provides a great way to stretch during anytime of the day. It does a great job of walking you through the exercises. The videos are easy to follow and informative. I feel so much better, less stressed, and more flexible now that I use this app to do yoga everyday

I love this app .It is something I really want to incorporate into my daily routine maybe even twice a day .They are quite challenging but you feel great after 20 min of a bit excercise. It's a fantastic start to the day of every lady in her ppregnancy
