This 3D game has been developed in the context of an international, aviation safety research project (http://hcilab.uniud.it/aviation), aimed at exploring possible new approaches to safety education, and featured on important media such as TIME, Popular Mechanics, Discovery Channel, and Fox News (see http://hcilab.uniud.it/aviation/media.html).
Prepare for Impact is the world-first game that reproduces the experience of real aircraft emergencies from the passenger’s viewpoint, with the highest fidelity allowed by today’s mobile devices. In each virtual emergency experience, the player can try first-hand right and wrong actions that a passenger can take, and see the positive or negative consequences those actions have.
Your goal is to take all the right decisions to come out from the plane unharmed as fast as possible.
The different levels of "Prepare for Impact" depict major types of emergencies, such as in-flight decompression, ground collision, runway overrun, water landing, crash landing, rejected take-off, and fumes in the cabin. Moreover, they are able to simulate the different threats that can make aircraft evacuation more complex, such as fire, smoke in the cabin, water, unusable exits, and others. The latest version of the app also includes a level editor that allows players to create personalized evacuation scenarios.
The game also offers the option of publishing your best evacuation results on world leaderboards.

Much Appreciated “Game”!
I love this “game” so much! It is educational, yet sometimes even scary because these are situations that could happen in real life. I always have anxiety when going on planes, and because of this game I am learning so much. There are so many great things to say…like how it tells your error’s when you do something incorrectly so you can learn for the next time. I also appreciate the death scenes when you do something incorrectly. This shows the severity of getting even one thing wrong when trying to evacuate. So glad I came across this app, thank you to the amazing team who made this, spreading more safety and knowledge into the world. Happy and safe flights to everyone!! 😀👍🏽

More Planes, and how about this...
I want updates. We all do. I want a Boeing 737 MAX 9, a DC-10, an MD-11, and a Lockheed L1011. We want Aircraft selectors. We want to choose where the mission starts. We want to be able to go into the cockpits and bathrooms. We want to be able to create our own levels from the start, like this:
Select Your Aircraft: Boeing: B727, B737, B757, B767, B777, B787. Airbus: A320, A330, A340, A380. Embraer: E170, E190.
CRJ: 1000, 200, 700.
Select your role: Pilot (Make this like X-Plane 10, but with directions how to Crash like nose down, nose up, left, right... etc) or Passenger.
Select Crash Type: Dual Engine Failure, Dual Engine Fire, Lack of Fuel, Pilot Error, or Forced Water Landing (US Airways Flight 1549), Runway overrun, Emergency Landing, Sick Passenger, Pilot Suicide, or Fly A Normal Everyday Flight.
Where to Crash, or fly to:
A mountain, the ocean, a river, the runway, an Isolated Field, or a building.
Damage: Whole Aircraft, Left Wing, Right Wing, Both Wings, Tail, half of Plane, Cockpit.
Flight time: Short Flight, Long Haul, Medium Haul.
Airport Origin/Destination: Any airport you can pick in the world

Good but has the potential to be beater.
So first off, the rounds you can edit go to the evacuation part, not the events that lead up to the emergency like the beginner levers. Next the graphics, well there not bad but not good either. Last but not least, you only have one plane option in the edit levels. If you are the developer please respond and improve the game in the ways I suggested. Thank you for your time!

WHAT A GAME
This game is the ultimate American video game pastime. I personally find this game to not only be the most entertaining game, that's on my phone, but also the most entertaining game I've ever played. This game is an instant classic and will appreciated by individuals and families a like. It teaches the importance of what to do when a plane crashes.... In all honesty though the game is amazing and a meme easily a 5 star game - just go into with the expectation that it's basically a meme and hilarious and you'll be good! KUDOS to the developer!!

Good game but you should
This game is cool but why can’t we make the water rise like in the levels and we can’t customize how high we want the water level to be like maybe have the water go up to your hips high or flood the hole plane that would be cool and maybe you could add boats that try to save us and Control how far we want the fire to go and smoke to go so those are things that you can add and make the build your own game more fun

It’s good but add more stuff that’s 2yrs ago.
The game is great! But.... can you add more stuff like being the pilot and building your own plane and building your own problems. Plus it would be even cooler if you add more to the new plane level you know, the red plane. Can you add more levels to that too and create the planes from “Turboprop Simulator” you make it pls because their planes are AWSOME!!!!! Like yours. That’s all.

First of all, why does “blk bofa” need so much information? Person asking for flight attendant information for a specific plane seems suspicious.
I like that you’re trying to help make people safe but, since there’s no age restrictions, you might try to dispense with all the blood, burning and drowning videos. Some people are more susceptible to never want to fly after seeing these violent scenes. They’re there to keep people from making a mistake but it seems like a big X with a buzzer would work just as well.

Unfair
When I was in the middle of a round, a guy made me go to the other exit and the guy over there said this ones blocked. So I went over to the other exit like I was suppose to. But then it gave me a bad score and it said I was wasting time. It forced me to. Also, in the next round after that one the plane crashed. When i got up a guy was blocking me and was not moving. I sat down without me even pressing the button and i set on fire, forced me to fail on that one. Would not recommend if you are a person like me who actually wants a fair game. Shame.👎🏻

Awesome and Educational Simulation
I love this game! It’s a very practical and useful game. I find it very fun and I have already told my friends about it. The only thing I recommend is that when you choose a random evacuation or make one, there can be an opening like the normal levels where you are in the air and there are announcements. Otherwise, it’s awesome!
