Description

The PREVENE WELLBEING connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Prevene Wellbeing. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a Prevene Wellbeing patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Prevene Wellbeing provider. Communicate with Prevene Wellbeing in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

This app is connected with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the app. To integrate, just go to Settings > Integrations and turn on Apple Health.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Prevene Wellbeing patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Prevene Wellbeing patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Prevene Wellbeing uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.

Great kick start to a healthy diet plan
I think it’s a great idea for an application to get you to be mindful of your food intake, caloric intake and exercise insights.
It’s fairly easy to use and add some additional information for a journal type app. One personal note for me, is that it is sometimes difficult to follow the food plan as written, because I am not very handy in the kitchen and due to current health crisis in the country the shopping list for the specific diet is not always easy to follow.
Nevertheless, it keeps me in daily check and daily awareness of my healthy options.
