Good app but frustrating bug
I do like this app and I find it useful but it can definitely be better. For example on the independent post numbers, it shows numbers for likes, comments and and the time it was posted…. Except that the a.m. or p.m. is cut off.
So you can see your best post was posted at 7:43. You’ll never know if it was a.m. or p.m. because that part is cut off. Seems like a small detail to not be corrected. Yeah that information would be priceless.

Disappointed New User
Hello. I just purchased a monthly subscription to this app and already I’m dissatisfied and disappointed. I scheduled a post, and there’s a message advising the app can’t post on my behalf but that notification would be sent. Cool. I set up the post, hashtags, time, etc. I received the notification as planned but my pre-created post did not get updated to Instagram. I tried several different ways. Nothing. You should allow users to text out all of the features of the app for a short period of time without having to share it. I’d never share this app unless I knew it was legit. I’m afraid to ask for a refund so I’ll take my losses and move on.

I love the app. It's great to post at peak times to help grow my business. I wish it would refresh itself once a week, instead of me having to refresh it.
I don't really understand how their numbers and times work either. I don't know if the peak times are based on when people are active on MY posts or when people are active on Instagram in general. Either way, I love it. Just wish I understood the little details.

Good tool
I agree with others—that having a better understanding of of the prime time is specific to me, or if it’s for everyone would be nice—but regardless, I like knowing what that’s supposed to be and follow the lead. I’m still trying to decide if I care to have notifications on—because if I don’t have a post planned, I’ve found myself scurrying to come up with something, but for now it’s nice to see.

Frustrating
The app doesn't work at all. I tried to log in to my account no less than 10 times. It goes through the log in channels just to throw you back to the log in page. IF and WHEN you manage to actually log in and use the app, it takes forever to refresh the account just for you to find out it wasn't actually refreshed.
In addition the app claims that the refresh will only take a minute or less. Timed over two minutes.
I paid for something I couldn't even use!

In the first 48 hours of use I have sent 3 error emails to the apps support and received no replies. The app has hung more than 10 times. I set up 3 test posts. It did remind me to send he 1st one but hung in the middle and did not post. When I returned to the app it had lost the post. I noticed a spelling error in the second post corrected it app hung - returned 2nd post gone, closed app and came back in to two identical posts of post 2. Today when it should have sent a reminder to publish post 2 it did not. My phone and apps are all up to date. I can see no reason to download this no-working app.

Ik I said apps but it’s just 1 other app ik it’s better than cuz I’ve only used that and this app. This is way better than WhenToPost. My suggestion is a bar that you pull out of a side on your screen so you can add accounts, so if you have multiple accounts, you can login easily.

Was working amazing before the weekend!
This app saved my blog until this weekend. I don’t know what has happened but I can’t post directly from the app anymore. It gives me an error every time attempt to post leaving me to post directly to IG which totally defeats the purpose in my opinion. Otherwise if it would post without my copying and pasting or even opening IG to post separately I would have given 5 stars!

This app really helps me make the most of my posts on Instagram. Though I don’t know if this “best time” is based on my audience or the activity on insta in general during that time 🤷🏼♀️. Either way it’s very helpful to maximize engagement. Well worth the download.

If you’re looking for an app to post automatically, on it’s own this isn’t it. You still need to manually post, it only copies your caption and alerts you at the time and you still need to hashtag your own post. “Supposed” to copy your pic to Instagram instead it’s just blank and when you tap your screen it forces closed. I still end up posting my own posts. All the app is good for is analyzing algorithms for the best time to post and even that is mediocre. Just skip it. Pick another app.
