Scoring issues
Theoretically, the game should be played to a certain number, say 12. During the course of a frame which players should try to accumulate as many points as possible when they reach 12 the game is over .They play three games. That way no balls are being wasted just to win the game you try to score as many points as possible each frame . In your scenario, if one of your balls is closest, you win, if you have two more balls to throw, there are no more points to score , which is incorrect.
