HOW CAN I MAKE A GIVEAWAY?
- Prepare first your giveaway post and publish it on Instagram. You can share any Instagram post!
- Select that post on the first screen of Prizensta. Select the same rules as you have written on your Instagram post and click the 'START' button.
- Prizensta finds your participants automatically and notifies you.
- When the raffle time comes go to the second screen on Prizensta,
- Click on the 'Start Raffle' button under your giveaway post.
- you will see all participants, set the winner and substitute count and click on the "Find Winners" button.
- You can select the recording feature to save the screencast on your device.

Prizensta is worth the money.
I can make quick and reliable raffles. They also answer quickly via WhatsApp. It is amazing .

It never recorded any participants for me.
Have tried to run multiple giveaways on this app. I was really excited for all the features that they offer as no other giveaway app I have come across offers anything but selecting random comments, where this app gives options for all kinds of entries.
-however, the app never worked correctly for me. “Zero” participants in all my giveaways while there was hundreds of actual entries. Email responses are extremely slow, not fast enough to complete a successful giveaway if you are having issues, which you will.
ALSO, the help screen is white text over a white background, you can’t see or read anything. Nice touch there.

I love the this app because you have more options to track the steps requested but I’m uncertain its actually effective.
I have no idea if the app is still working when selecting a winner. It takes a long time. Screen is a picture and thats it. I tried deleting the campaign and it wouldn’t remove it from the app until I completely closed the app and reopened it.
Basically, after reading the reviews and with not too many recent ones, I’m skeptical to pay and trust this app to do what I want. BUMMER!

Is it even working?
So I set up my contest, copy and pasted my rules. Clicked to save my rules but when I exit the app and go back into it the rules go back to the default. I have no idea if the app is working properly. Keep getting notifications but don’t know what they are for.... just not too sure about this app and will probably cancel my subscription and go with something different

Froze. Was told to contact Apple for refund.
I used this successfully one time. The second time, it would not work. I had to buy another app. It takes A LOT of time to manually input all extra entries. I spent hours. When I ran the giveaway, it froze. Over and over. There is no one readily available to help. The response to my request for help came over 12 hrs later. I had to find something that would work. I asked for a refund. They told me to ask Apple Support. 🤔 Hours and Money LOST.

I have tried to pull giveaway data from imported IG post links and it never shows.
There is a message that says “The results will be ready max. in 30 min!” However, it’s been 4+ weeks for one and 2 months for another and it’s still not there! When you click check now or start giveaway it tells you the system is “still processing”.
Do not give them your money!

I had troubles
I used this app a few months back to do a giveaway and it worked great. The second time it wouldn’t work so I paid for it and then me and someone I suggested the app to, got logged out of our account and can’t get back in. This caused many issues for both of us and lots of tears….

Not working!
I paid for the weekly subscription and started my first giveaway via Instagram and thought I’d have the help of this appt o help keep everything organized and fair but unfortunately the app didn’t link correctly with my post. It won’t show any of the participants or any information. I am highly upset.
