Are you serious Resmed?
I would LOVE to participate as every night when I put on my ill-fitting mask (medium too big, small too small) I think someone out there has to be able to build a better mask. I have tried many so was very excited to see this, yet it doesn’t work on newer iPhones or iPads? I sure hope you didn’t invest a lot in this app because it’s a joke. Guess it answers my question of how you can’t figure out a better mask.

After I got the email and went to the App Store I read many of the reviews complaining that it doesn’t work. One thing ready about the app is that it is a beta test so I concluded that there will be issues. But I figured I would give it a try anyway. I down loaded it direct from the App Store opened and followed the on screen instructions. I had no issues and went through the whole process with out any problems. I am using an iPhone XS Max.

Upload Failed
Upload kept failing. Going back through to “revoke my consent” and it will not let me. Just be prepared to grant them access to your data and scan of your face for whatever the reason and not be able to refuse it. Also remember anybody stating you “could” win a gift card for data has there own interest in mind, not yours.

Still doesn’t work
Entered all my info & scan. At the end of the process it try’s to upload but keeps showing error message!

Bad links and poor phone support.
Tge email inviting me to do this has a download link that points to another sleep app from another company. Additionally , the app does not support the current iPhone series 13xxx. That doesn’t make sense as it’s the same mapping / scanning technology as the 12xxx. Bit of a shame as I would love to give feedback on minor fit issues I have

Doesn’t work:
I tried so many times to get my face scanned. Whenever I put “other” or “preferred not to say” for race the app wouldn’t work at out, whenever, I put down a rave I was able to pass to scan.. however, the app closed on me 5 times after scanning half of my face. Don’t waste your time with this app!

This is the response I get after going through the process. Upload failed. Over. And over. Seems like, maybe don’t keep sending emails asking people to participate using an app that fails?

Not able to complete registration
I have an older iPhone but there is a cloud issue with AWS SES and my email.
It’s really hard to rate when I am able to start the app but it doesn’t even complete the registration after many retries at different times of the day

Crashing
Once I enter all
Of my info and watch the video, it crashes once it tells me to turn my head to the left. I’ve redone this 5x and I’m done. It’s annoying and will not continue until this problem is fixed.

Only scanned lower half of face
I had to complete twice to upload because it did not work the first time and then only the lower half of my face scanned.
