It’s our own choice
I find this very satisfying and assuring because they are my words I am choosing. We are all unique and it helps to allow yourself to have your own affirmations that feel good you saturate into your subconscious. We resist what is not natural for us, what is not our own truth. Wow so awesome useful amazing easy
I’m so impressed with how simple and easy this app is. I haven’t even made a username yet but I will soon just to see what the benefits are. Right now I do the subliminals bc it’s straightforward and I don’t have to watch any videos which I think you have to for guided meditation.
