Sophia is truly the best advisor and my favorite. I have been using this app for several months and have always gone to see Sophia. I honestly don’t know how I would have gotten through my situation without her. Sophia is truly the best. This app overall is amazing.

Too many malfunctions. Deleting asap
It started out alright: a free reading for signing up. As I went through the process, I had to go back and fix a detail. I added more information, but now I cannot proceed with the reading, saying "oops! Another account is already registered to this address." So now I am locked out of my own free credits. I had to enter a dummy email address just to be able to proceed. Info is complete. Now it's time to cash out my credits. This is the time when you learn that the free reading offered is just a mini. Not surprised, but ok. I saw offers to upgrade to a better reading by purchasing more credits, and I TRIED to, except all I got was an "oops! Unknown error" message. Great, so you don't even know what the hell's wrong with you, how're you going to help me? Ha ha? But really, seems like a fun concept I would have liked, but it was a headache to use the app, so many errors, maybe it's just as well I was unable to buy more credits. As I'm just going to stick around for the mini reading and then uninstall this app.

Great app great advice!
I like this app it’s easy to use and can be addicting sometimes anytime I’m feeling uneasy or I got a question I make sure to come here. I been using it for a year plus there wasn’t much type of bug fixes they had. Overall with the advisors, it varies with the connection and I suggest when you do talk to an advisor to watch their greeting video first and read through the reviews. I like to aim for the older looking advisors which has told me a lot of things I didn’t like to hear for myself but it was only true.

I Have had a reading in this app before but I wouldn’t definitely recommend it they looked my account without a credible information I never had a website that blocks my account like that they kept telling me because I had “multiple accounts” which is not true now I see why you guys doesn’t have many people plus there’s many fake psychic in this site I don’t recommend it at all they were rude with me 😢 pointing me like if I’m a thief or something Omg this is my first and last time buying a reading in this app worst waste of time and money..! So disappointed (I’m not the only one who has goes through this so be aware of this app) such a *Scam* the bad reviews are saying the truth the other ones are fake they are obviously putting their own reviews just to get attention because they know what’s really going on!

Long wait times and to many malfunctions 😡
I have been using this app for some time now and it seemed great at first . Recently I had an issue where the app would not let me sign back in after ordering a reading, so I had to make a new profile with a different email . I was told to simply refresh or clear cache , that was not the case and it didn’t help . Now I ordered a reading more than 24 hours ago I’ve contacted support several times but have not gotten a response and still no reading 😡 I really like the app and would hate to have to delete it but I’m tired of losing money and having to wait forever for a response from support when there is an issue .

I enjoy getting readings from this company. I like the overall app and customer support. I have a lot of favorite readers: Nina, Sarah, Dawn, Wendy, Anita, Brittany, Rebecca, Jodi, Shawn just to name a few. If I forgot anyone charge it to my head not to my heart. Video tarot card readings are awesome
Just downloaded it to check it out but was a little intrigued by it and tried a mini reading because I had a job interview coming up and was very anxious. The tarot reader not only provided me with a reading for a card that she pulled but also told me about things to watch out for in the next year on the career and financial front. Wow all of that and it was a cool video just for me and cost me so little...totally loving this app !!

This is probably one of my favorite psychic sites to go on. Their videos are quite detailed and they do take the time to do a reading for you. Plus they do specials 👍 I’ve been on the other psychic apps..
