I wish there was an option to give negative rating I would have. One of the psychic said she would remove negative energy, she said she will be sending photos of the ritual. She sent me pictures that she had sent me in the previous reading and she kept asking me to add minutes. There is no one reviewing the readers, and if they are delivering the service. In another incident, I booked a reading and the person was not available and did not do my reading. When I contacted support they did not reach out to me. The person told me that he has requested for a refund on my behalf, and that support will get back to me, but no one has contacted me till now. This app owner thinks money grows on trees, it doesn’t have option to cancel the session

Honestly don’t even waste your time downloading this app don’t be dumb like me and spend over $1000 on a app and everything that was told to me did not come true I was emotionally vulnerable at the time and they took full advantage of that…. NEVER AGAIN they read your messages and leave u on read and claim to be busy when in reality they aren’t it’s the SAME person running all the profiles on here this is truly a SCAM and had I known before and looked at the previous reviews before then I wouldn’t save all my money I’m honestly disappointed feel robbed and betrayed by fake psychics who I thought I could open up to.

Horrible customer service
Overall, I would say that most of the psychics are great, but there are a few who reel you in and tell you that they are going to tell you specific things and once you get there, they tell you nothing that you have asked about. When I contacted customer support, of course they defended the psychic instead of me. I understand how these things work. But when you tell a customer that you have specifics for them, and they pay for that session, then they should get the specifics. Not a bunch of bull crap. I am very disappointed in their customer service. They don’t care about the customer at all.

Ive been a client for almost 3 years now and every reading i have got has not came true. They advisors will take there time in order to keep making you add money and lead you on by saying "your person is hiding a secret" or "there is a female energy" just so you can continue giving them your hard earned money. i havent had one reading that came true and ive had a lot of readings done on this app. Dont trust this app or the advisors. They are scammers and tell you anything you want to hear. Also CUSTOMER SEEVICE IS HORRIBLE! They barely even answer you

Customer support is the worst.
I made a complaint with customer service a week ago and they still have not even acknowledged that I made a complaint. I made a complaint about one of the psychics that made me a 100% guarantee that something would happen the next day and when it did not she said the only way to get my money back was to book another session. How can you allow your psychics to make 100% guarantee and the ignore your customers when they ask for support.

I’ve started my free chat with a few advisors this week and not one has gotten back to me. I’ve used this app before and gotten responses within minutes to a few hours. Now it’s been days and can’t even get one response. I reached out to customer service regarding an issue and they too haven’t even responded. This app is disgusting. They take advantage of people. Please people use your intuition. They literally rob you and there’s no way to get in contact with customer service. It’s sickening the lengths people go to just to make money. The only way to get ahold of them is through email. You don’t even get a customer service number. I’ve had some good readings on this app. But it glitches too much. One time it lost all my info and my conversations. Forcing me to create a new profile. I don’t trust that. Won’t send messages at times and keeps loading. I’m done with that.
