The Ptarmigan Men's Golf Association (PMGA) has devised a system to promote fair competition among its members for golf at Ptarmigan Country Club. The PMGA has created a Ptarmigan Course Handicap (PCH) for all players using one of the following criteria:
1. GHIN Index - All scores posted to GHIN (average of the lowest 8 out of the last 20 scores).
2. Blue Tee Index (BTI) - All Ptarmigan scores from the Blue Tees (average of the lowest 8 out of the last 20 scores).
3. Competition Tournament Index (CTI) - All PMGA tournaments or other organized competitive scores (average of the lowest 8 out of the last 20 scores).
4. Low Handicap Index (LHI) - computed and tracked by GHIN. This is the lowest handicap index that a player had during the previous 12 months.
The player's PCH will be the lowest index of the GHIN, BTI, or CTI calculations. If a player does not have at least 12 scores at Ptarmigan, then the PCH value will be their LHI.
The PCH App will allow PMGA members to log in and show their current playing index. It will show the dates and scores of all entries used to compute the index and will allow any player to see the PCH value for any other member.

Corrected a bug when looking up a player's LHI value, the previous version was using the LHI of the player prior to the current player in alphabetical order. Thus is a player was LHI reduced, their LHI value was incorrect.

Changed all lookup routines to use GHIN numbers instead of name information to insure that the correct data was loaded for each player. Allows for players with the same name to not get confused with commingling scores (e.g. Chris Jones and Chris B Jones). Using the GHIN number creates a unique match for all data.

A new option was added to the Handicap Calculator Screen to calculate weekly Card Draw game payouts. The calculator will automatically compute the payouts for all places, allow for a random selection of players with only 3 members and calculate all skin payouts. The Calculator is available from the 'Calculate Handicap' screen.
Included a error for issues when trying to use the App without a valid internet connection.

A change was made to the calculation for Competition Score Indexes (CSI), only scores from the previous season will be used in the index. A CSI value will only be computed if there are at least 8 C-Scores in the player's history. If the player has at least 8 C-Scores, then the CSI value will be based on the lowest 8 scores out of the most recent 20 scores.
White Tee Permit was changed to White Tee Option and any player with Admin credentials can add people to the White Tee Option list. A player must have at least 12 scores from the White Tees for this stat to be calculated. Players with less than 12 scores will use their LHI or CSI, whichever is lower.
