Update: Bank transfer went through

So it took me 2 attempts but the bank transfer went through. I hit 2 jackpots and got $100 6 days later. I just got another jackpot and am redeeming it right now. So far so good no issues with bank transfer, other than waiting for the money this app is legit. Changing my review from 1 star to 5 now that I received the pay out. Other than that no complaints. Games are super fun and no problems with lagging or foreclosing on me. I enjoy the game and making extra side money. Just bet small so you don’t blow it all!

Winning not allowed at Pulsz

I’m not sure if the app algorithms have changed or what, but the win percentage is DEFINITELY not what it used to be. The app used to be pretty fair as far as maintaining win percentages comparable to a brick-and-mortar casino. You would win some and lose some, but it was possible to win and cash out fairly regularly. In the last 4-5 months, it has become entirely impossible to reach the payout minimum. I know luck fluctuates - I spend a great deal of time in casinos and I accept that I’m not always going to win. I do, however, recognize the difference between when I’m down on my luck and when the settings on the games have been tampered with. I’m sure that Pulsz will say this is not the case if they reply, but I assure you that the win percentage (and definitely the dollar amount of the rare win you’ll get) have GREATLY decreased in recent months. My advice is: if you choose to use this app, play with the free credits they give you everyday. It’s next to nothing, but it’s better than throwing your money away. Save your cash for a real casino. You’ll have more fun and at least have a decent chance at cashing out.

Do NOT play this game they will close your account for NOTHING

I downloaded this and so did a hand full of my family and friends. Everybody has been playing. I played for a whole day (without betting) to get a feel for the games. I then verified my account with my ID and a bill. It accepted it because why not? I added my debit card (which is also my fiancés we SHARE an account and I’m listed on said account) our bank instantly texted us asking if there was a fraud. We replied “no” and to accept all charges for this app. I played a whole day spent 100$ (no wins btw) and THEN they shut off my account and wouldn’t let me play anymore? I contacted customer service via email and they responded saying they turned my account off and I couldn’t get another one and they didn’t even list the reasoning but said I violated the terms and conditions? How do? You accepted my ID, my bill AND my banking and also TOOK MONEY! now you all of a sudden turn my account off for NO REASON? I suggest not downloading this app and go somewhere else where your valued and not wasted. The response I got was rude and very short with no detail. Crappy customer service.

Fair & square

So I had played with the bonus sweeps coins that they provided me upon sign up. I won around $700+ dollars fair and square. When I tried to verify my identity and address I was told that my account was fraudulent and was unable to cash out. I was well within the terms and conditions and to the best of my knowledge not engaged in any fraudulent activity. I won the money fair and square. Well Pulsz terminated my account and did not allow me to withdraw the funds that I won fair and square. Without explanation I left empty handed and I feel I was cheated out of the money I had won fair and square. I provided all documentation to prove I am who I say I am. Yet still my account was terminated. This was an incredibly unfair non valid outcome to what was to be the beginning of a great relationship between the casino and myself. Unless this is resolved I highly recommend staying as far away from this casino as possible.

I absolutely love pulsz

I have a bunch of friends and family that told me to stay away from this site don’t bother wasting your money they never pay people. I always see reviews of people saying they never get paid so I was afraid especially since I play like 600$ almost everytime I’m on that site. But I didn’t let the negativity get to me I bought my coins to play with won 500$ and cashed it out to my bank account and it was there in 2 days! So y’all ignore the haters and go win yourself some money! Thank you pulsz your great 😊

Told I could not have an account

This was such a great app up until I started to win big. Out if no where I was required validation again after I won over 10,000. I did so immediately as they locked my account and refuse to let me in for two weeks. They asked me to verify a virtual card I had not used in months and when asked to fix my account limit, unlock my account in the process. A week later I was told management had mad the decision to remove me. I was told I can’t have an account. I’m not upset at all as I only take my money where I am welcome. However, this is a warning to other to please be careful using this app as money was removed from my winnings and I was kicked off for asking question. Best of luck to you all!

Used to be fun

Initially when I first started playing I win several times & was able to redeem the $ no problem. Well I guess they didn’t like that so now they gave tighten up all the games where it’s gonna take a miracle to even get to a bonus. It’s just keep on taking $ time after time where it’s no longer enjoyable to play. Got to give some to take some. But only taking & taking I am disgusted to even play so I uninstalled this app. Took way more than I won. For past 2 weeks all I have been doing is losing. You be better off not starting to play,, I regret it tremendously!!

You can try your luck with your real money But as expected you will loose your money I learn from experience As I lost multiple times and I added more than I had attended too. True story I had a better time and won money afterward driving’s Inn person to the Palm Springs casinos To play slots. Im just give the people the truth, thats all I can do for y’all. Same result for my closes friend we’re they lost over 5k each plus my 2k that’s 12k this site took without a doubt We will take our chances at a real casino were They don’t glitch the some the plays like this this app does it and denies it, if you don’t agree then good luck & god bless.

Not a real casino

These games rarely pay out and when they do it’s never much. You have to win over $100 to cash out. Otherwise it wants you to get gift cards. Most casinos will occasionally have winners of 2-5k and sometimes greater. This app isn’t that. They will do the explanation of someone else in another part of the country that no one can verify having won just the other day excuse. Have fun but don’t expect to win anything big. Maybe $100 after you’ve put in 500.

Rip off and by far not good customer service and experience

This site is a rip off and will take your money!!! Then to get your money if (yeah big if) you win then it makes you go through all this crap and still will try not to give you anything. They ask NO questions or have ANY issues taking your money. Never ask one question to purchase but if you win just a little they will ask you a million questions and then take weeks on weeks for you to get it. If that’s not ripping people off I don’t know what it. I think people should write the gaming commission and shut this site down for fraud.
