Hjdnenskje,
REALLY NEED TO FIX SOME BUGS
As a student myself, I use pupil-path to check my grades and assignments. Pupilpath is essential to my school and I. However, I have the app on my phone and it does really need some new updates. When I try to log in, there is always a pop up saying my details for log ins are wrong. However, when I try to send an email to change my password, it never comes. Sometimes I would try to log in later with the exact same details and it suddenly works. Additionally, when I receive notifications, the numbers would say 13 notifications but my phone only rang twice.

I would suggest some new updates to fix these and maybe a dot to show what new assignments I need and new grades I have so I don't have to keep scrolling through all my classes to see what I need to do.

I was introduced to PupilPath last year 2018. For the most part It did the job as expected. For some strange reason the app no longer works for me. When I’m enter my log-in credentials I receive an error message “server not found” with a black screen. Even when I wait nothing happens. The odd part is my daughter has the same exact phone as me and the app works perfectly fine on her phone. The school suggested I delete the app from my device then reinstall. I’m about to try the suggestion. I hope it works because I found the app very help in keeping up with my daughter classes. Issues I faced during the time the app was up and functional. The email communication doesn’t work well in any way. I suggest maybe have a chat option rather than email. Maybes something similar to ClassDojo. They have mastered communication. Cumulative grades aren’t accurate. I can’t think of the other issues right now. Thank you
MDTannen,
Excellent, useful, easy to use and very helpful!
As parents of a bright, very active and creative 14-year-old boy in 9th grade of a public school in NYC, we have used PupilPath for Apple iOS for about six months with great satisfaction. It allows us to track our son’s progress in school quite closely and very effectively. Moreover, it has been quite invaluable to ensure that work is assigned, that studies are completed, that the homework is performed on time, that our son is well aware of upcoming tests and assignments. Quite frankly, we really depend upon PupilPath and we cannot imagine how we ever got along without it before. PupilPath is really excellent, useful, easy to use and it is extremely helpful! We highly recommend PupilPath to all teachers, parents, and students. Have your school embrace PupilPath.
sehxjakwoepw,
Cool Update??
A cool thing you guys could do to make your app better is to make an option in the grades section to calculate the average, like all the grades would be shown and then there could be a button on the bottom saying “Calculate Average” and it would show us the average we would get quickly at the end of school years or semesters instead of the long process we have to do to on the calculator. I know the average would be shown regardless on report cards by our schools, but this could give us a better view at our grades and what we would get beforehand and how we could improve.

The most honest review you’ll ever see
Its a very useful app for both teachers and students, I am a senior student, about to graduate middle school, and now that i look back, i never took the time to write a review on this amazing app, I've been using this app for two years now and its never let me down, it helps me keep my stuff organized like homework, class work (ETC). it keeps me updated with my grades, Attendance and everything that’s important. But overall, it keeps me connected and in reach with my teachers. I just want to thank the creators because i don't know what my grades would look like right now if i hadn't stayed updated all this time. So here’s my thanks to you. ✊🏽💙
Sayam D.,
A few bugs and fixes
Pupilpath is a great app that lets me check my grades from my classes. But there are a few bugs in this app.

When I get a reply from a teacher on the app, I can’t see the reply, I only see my email. This is really frustrating because then I have to go on the website and check.

Another bug is that when I check my grades, and my teacher just uploaded it, I get a notification 1-5 hours after they actually uploaded it. I want to know my grade as soon as it is uploaded.

Also, I can’t see my NY state test scores on the app, I have to go on the website to check them.

The last bug is that whenever I open the app, it shows my ID and my password, and I get a loading screen and then it takes me to the app. I don’t like this because I don’t want to see my ID and password every time I open the app.

A suggestion I have is to take away the range thing. (e.g. 85-90) I just want to know my real average for that course. I also want a GPA number on top of all the grades so I know my average for all of my courses.

If you fix all of these bugs, and add the last part to your app, this would be 100x better.

Thank you for reading. Have a nice day.
Flora223456,
Please Help Me
Please fix some bugs. There’s a lot of them and one of them causes me to not even be able to access my account. I never changed my password but one day it just stops working. It just keeps saying that my log in details are incorrect. When I try to reset my password, it doesn’t send me the email. So I decided to try and resistor my account again and it send me an email that tells me that I already have an account and to verify the email I inserted. Whenever I verify my email and make a new password, that pass never works. This is weird cause I’ve always just been automatically logged in whenever I opened the app. It usually takes me straight to my account but now it I can’t even access it. I’m very confused and unsure how to fix this.
LeBookkeeper,
Malfunctional Login Never Fixed
I’ve been dealing with my correct log in information being marked wrong in the app for 5 years. It’s been 5 years, and the problem has yet to be fixed. If the log in works on all other browsers and devices, it should work on the app too. It’s been 5 years. I’m tired of not being allowed to log in when I most need it. Fix the problem. I usually understand in these cases. We are all human, so mistakes are inevitable and understandable. Making no attempt to solve any issue, however, is not understandable. Thousands upon thousands upon thousands of students rely on your app. There is an entire team to work on your app. I don’t think it takes more than 5 years for an entire team to fix a bug. I’m not the only one who has been affected by this.
Jason Xue the cool guy,
PupilPath
PupilPath is an app that assigns homework and gives grades from teachers. But the thing is that the website is more better. In the app, I can’t submit the homework. In the old days I can’t receive mail from my teacher. But now, I could. The website is better for mails. The app works pretty well. In this app, I can’t see my work, but shows that I submit my work. I can’t even see files from teachers. The website has more options for mail, like bold, italics, underline, and even highlights or colored text. The thing is that in the website, when I delete it because I made a mistake, It won’t delete it. PupilPath needs better things. The website could change by letting me delete mail that I sent.
jonyboyy13,
PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE TO THE APP ‼️
the app is good , but a feature that really needs to be added is when you get graded , you can comment on the grade that you get . For example you get a 50 on a quiz or test you can press the grade and then there should be a comment section where you can ask your teacher questions about why you got that grade or what you need to improve on , i think it’ll help communication with students and teachers a lot better than emailing them through the email option , since the comment section would be very quick and not a long wait between responses .
