Was so much funnier when I was younger
I used to play this when I was 11. Yesterday I asked my friend if she wanted to play do I downloaded it and now it’s REALLY laggy and glitchy. I wouldn’t suggest it now but it was one of the only things I played back then. It’s just not what it used to be. I think the developer should fix the lagging issues because otherwise it’s literally Impossible to do anything. We played PuppetPals2 yesterday but you have to buy everything in it. The second one is still better though for the most part.

I love this app. I’m so disappointed that I can’t use it in the classroom. I’ve tried contacting Puppet Pals a number of times asking for info for how much a district or building wide license would cost and I haven’t received any response. Please respond.

I had the directors pass, but my brother deleted the app, and I downloaded again, and I got the directors pass for FREE! I love this game

Super buggy and laggy
I downloaded it and it had a lot of loading problems, and the volume bar was glitching, this was my childhood game before it stopped working, I checked to make sure they are actually updating the app but it appears as no, it hasn’t been updated in 5 years polished played please do something about this!

You have to get the director’s pass to have fun
My friend has this app but little did I know, she has the director’s pass. I decide to download it and come to find out that I can’t have my own backgrounds and characters without getting the director’s pass! Maybe I will consider getting the app again if you don’t make everything cost money !

App won’t load
Problem with the sound. Same glitch on multiple device tried. Sound starts going up and down spontaneously. App then freezes. Similar issues with all versions of this app.

1/18: UPDATE: Changing to 5 stars as my questions were finally answered and one of my families fav apps is now back in service. 5 stars for the app and it seems that there is some changes with customer service so... Hope it only gets better from here!!
My children and I enjoy this app... We used to that is till I had to restore my phone. Now we have lost the "directors pass" that I've already purchased. There is no obvious way to reload content and the 4 emails I've sent over the course of 4 months have yet to be replied to. Even with a generic reply. Nothing. Not a word. So.... I guess I'd say. Fun app...as long as you never have to restore your phone...and customer support is non existent!!!!

Favorite app, Glitch...no sound
I loved this so much, then I upgraded to the directors pass, which is sooooo worth it, but now it won't save sounds, and it says the videos are only 36 seconds. Please fix....this would be our all time favorite app if it didn't do this.
Update: if you preview your recording before clicking the save icon, it works. If you save before previewing with that middle button, it doesn't. Also, crashes when trying to contact developer (thus the lengthy comment)
