I joined Pure Fitness ~2 ½ yr ago. I have now lost 15 lbs, while adding muscle, & I ‘m in the best overall shape in my life since being in my 20’s. Probably better, since as we all know, health is an inside and outside deal. It’s been a slow and mostly steady process, but the strength and weight loss I have now have been sustainable. Erin and her team have provided a different set of exercises each time, and made it fun (as well as challenging!) I have belonged to a lot of gyms over the years, but none has provided the supportive, professional, individualized regimens as Erin and the other trainers at PF have. Hands down, the best experience. Now my husband and I work out together. I thiiiink I can say we both have fun snd look forward to it!
