So easy
Ok, for me... the cleanse was a brain reboot reminder of do good feel good. Then my cravings for junk went away.

I love this app
It makes it so easy to send information to your friends through text or email. Also has a great follow up auto responder that allows you to know if our customer looked at the info you sent.
