Try the PWRBLD App! A simple, free, easy-to-use app that cuts through the BS to give you the tools that you need for your weight training. We're just getting started and have so much to show you in 2023!

Our newest release introduces PWRBLD+ which includes three different 16-week workout programs for Powerlifting, Powerbuilding, and Bodybuilding. These tried-and-true, record-breaking programs are designed by Collin Whitney, founder or PWRBLD Gym and record holder with multiple highly successful athletes. Take your Powerlifting, Powerbuilding, and Bodybuilding to the next level. Try one, or try them all...it's up to you! And don't fear not knowing how to do an exercise. We now have a growing in-app video library that demonstrates over 100 exercises.

PWRBLD also includes a beautiful barbell plate calculator and reverse barbell calculator to take the math and guesswork out of training. It works with any type of bar, LBS and KG plates, and any type of barbell collar. And what's convenient is that for each individual input you can choose between LBS or KG and not be stuck with only one type of units. We think it's the best-looking and most functional bar loader tool on the market.

Want to train using with Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) and Reps In Reserve (RIR)? We have a tool for that too. With just a few taps you'll instantly know what weight to use for your next set based on Target Reps, Target RPE / RIR and your max for the exercise. Our RPE calculator and RIR calculator are clean and intuitive. You'll love them.

We've also included a Powerlifting Score calculator for those of you who like to see where you stand. And we've included all the important powerlifting scores formulas: DOTS, IPF GL, Wilks-2, IPF, and Old Wilks. Use it to constantly improve!

Speaking of improvement, PWRBLD also includes a 1RM calculator. And we've gone above and beyond by providing you with eight different one rep max formulas. Check them out and keep pushing your max to new limits!

And to make life easier in the gym, we've also included a simple LBS to KG and KG to LBS calculator, and a basic in-app regular calculator. No more guesswork with plates or weights. Plus for more convenience, our converter shows an approximate conversion calculation and a precise conversion calculation.

This app is perfect for training days when you need a quick calculation on your max rep projection or can't find the kilos to pounds chart. Or, when you don't want to worry about math and just want to get the bar loaded so you can bust out your set.
