The case of the disappearing Local Best Scores is now solved! We have tracked down the issue (finally) and this update should bring some sanity back to the Local Best Scores. Who knew growing the Local Best Scores to 20 entries would be so problematic? Also we squashed a bug with duplicate entries being made for a single game.

- Fixed issue where Local Best Scores were not being stored correctly and were eventually being wiped out (You might have to clear your local best scores to remove any of the weirdness that was going on).

- Thanks to our ever vigilant users, we have fixed an issue where Local Best Scores were not being replaced correctly.
We did sneak in one new feature... Global Best Scores are now kept for each of the 60 different levels! Due to this, your current #1 Local Best Score will not show up globally until you complete a game for a given level.

We broke out our can of bug spray for this release and here is what got fixed:
- Resolved issue where Local Best Scores for spots 11 through 20 were not being recorded.
- Resolved issue where winning a round did not advance the Pyramid number and the score was reset to zero.
- Discovered our users like to force quit the app, thus not giving it a chance to save the best scores and stats. So we added in code to save them off after each winning game.

Updates have been a downgrade
I have enjoyed playing this game for some time now, and it always makes for a good quick game. However, the upgraded version ended up being more of a downgrade for me. I preferred the previous version's cards and background, but I know that is just a matter of taste. What is more disappointing, as was mentioned in another review, is that high scores are not saving.
Each time I play, all high scores are zeroed out. Inconsistently, I get high scores while playing, but even that is not always the case. Sometimes they are also quirky. I noticed that even the global high scores and my rank changes with no logic, meaning this is happening on other devices. Hope there is a fix for those of us who like to compete against our own previous high scores.

Pyramid Lite
I have enjoyed this game for years on all of my apple iPhones and iPads until now. My phone has done an update on this app and now I HATE IT!!! I have an iPhone7s for the reason of a bigger screen and all. Now after the update all on my cards are really small and I can’t hardly see them. Guess I’ll be looking for another pyramid app cause I’m not gonna have a headache all the time trying to play this game that I can no longer see that well. It should have something in there to determine the size of the cards.

Can the adds
Have loved Seahorse apps since the palm days and was glad to see some come over to apple - still waiting for Euchre my fav. Pyramid Lite is great - runs well added levels of play is nice for a free app. For the overall app I'd give it 5 stars but I'm taking away one star for the constant reminder to upgrade. I know it's probably good marketing but I'm satisfied with the free version - suits my level and will never upgrade. At least changed the interface to stop hitting the adds by accident. Now I wish he'd take it away from the app altogether - or at least have the option to turn it off at some point maybe after 30 or 60 days. While I like that it's free I'd pay a buck to turn off the adds. Having it there really detracts from what overall is an excellent app.

New version has issue
Have been enjoying the 1.2 version. "Upgrade" to 1.3 was pushed to my iPhone. Support link above is not functioning just now so I'm posting this here.
New to 1.3: If you stop a game mid-way and come back to it later, the game will allow you to deal once more and then essentially freezes. You have cards left to play but if you try to deal them, the available to play count decreases but no cards are dealt and the game cannot continue. Seems to happen when you're on the "Redeal" round.
Am looking forward to correction of this issue before I consider "upgrading" to the full version.

I have enjoyed this game. I play it frequently, especially during my lunch break. Mainly because the time was visible while I play. But since the update the ads have covered the time and to view it I must leave the game. Could the ads be viewed some other way? I understand the need for them. Would prefer not to have them, but after all this is the free version. I'll give 5 stars to get my clock back.

Not sure why people are writing poor reviews because they can't win. I've frequently won 3+ pyramids in a row. You might want to review the rules of pyramid solitaire perhaps?
Anyways I love this game, probably the one I play more than any other. I'm constantly trying to beat my new high scores and it doesn't get old. So if you love (let alone know how) to play pyramid solitaire I highly recommend this one

Reversing a play is being solved in the purchased version. You can do this up to 10 times.
I've never won more than one level. I estimate I have played 200 games. I keep trying! If the purchased version changes this, cool!

Addicting Game!
This is by far one of my favorite games. Ignore the dolt that says that most of the boards are insolvable! That is just not true! My best score is 400 points, and that takes at least 8 levels to reach. Yeah, it is hard, but only the dim want winning to be easy!
