Best Sportsbook App in Iowa
Many positives for this app. Quick login and authentication, also easy to access bets. Tracks your bets and notifies you when you win. Downside: not always the best lines and spreads, shop around.

Fix the Play+ already, it was last mentioned by someone on March 2nd. I was told that it would take a couple weeks to fix now it’s been 2 months. The troubleshooting service has been terrible. All I know is that it was described as an IOS problem and they would have it fixed “soon”. As someone that does not live near the Q Casino it is much more convenient for me to add funds electronically rather than face-to-face. However, I have not been able to add funds since the initial login. This all makes the Q Sportsbook app hard to use compared to other Casino mobile sportsbooks like William Hill’s.

Q CasinoPlay+ Does Not Work
The Q CasinoPlay+ does not work. This feature allows a user to fund his or her account through PayPal or bank transfer. The only other way to fund an account is by depositing money at the Q. We are in week 3 of the issue and there has not been a fix. The app is the Q’s competitive advantage over the Diamond Jo and it is wasting away the opportunity by not prioritizing a fix. At the very least, you should have a notice on the welcome message after logging in notifying there is currently an issue and your developers are working on a fix.

Garbage
The app is terrible. It randomly errors out and takes money out of your account without a record on your statement. If you aren’t savvy enough to notice, they are essentially stealing your money with no intention to return. This has happened more than ten times. Done with this. Beware.

Constant crashing and errors. Half the time when you go to place a bet it says location error. Live betting is slow and does not always work.
