Description
QUADRANGULAR INTER CLUB TOURNAMENT - 2021
The tournament will be a Team Event hosted annually in rotation by four premier golf clubs of India - Royal Calcutta Golf Club, Bombay Presidency Golf Club, Delhi Golf Club and Karnataka Golf Association.
Each club shall field a Main Team and a Fellowship Team.
The Main Team will comprise 12 members selected by each club from their best players complying with qualifying criteria and shall mandatorily include either the President/Head of Institution or Golf Captain or equivalent at the choice of the club concerned and he shall be one of the participants in the Main Team.
The Fellowship Team shall comprise of 12 other participants drawn from the members of the club and its Committee and shall include the President/Head of Institution or Golf Captain or equivalent who is not part of the Main Team and he shall be one of the participants in the Fellowship Team.
Participant Qualifying Criteria
The competition shall comprise two rounds:
Round 1 - Four Ball Gross Stableford format - Best 5 scores out of 6 will be considered for each team. Best individual gross stableford score of the two partners will be the score for a side on the hole.
Round 2 - Individual Gross Stableford format -Best 10 scores out of 12 will be considered for each team.
Winner - The winning team will be the team with the highest aggregate point score calculated as above from the aggregate points obtained from both rounds.
