Add more concerts of valuable singers from other countries
The reason I bought the membership of this app was because my administration towards Miguel Bose as well as other Mexican and Latin Singers from the 90’s. La Ley MTV unplugged is a great concert as well as all Miguel Bose concerts that are impossible to buy now since technology and the internet has made it difficult for people to buy the concerts like old times as well as buy them through apple like movies to have them recorded on our tv in order to help us fight our depressions, loneliness or be able to watch again the famous singers and bands that we can’t forget. Even if those bands have split up. But add more talent from the Mexican singers, Spain singers as well as Latino American singers. To show others the strength and beauty that existed before before everything got so divided as we are now. We should teach the younger generations how things were before and by bringing more variety of musicians you will gain more interest to more customers and you deserve it too. Because you are a great business to enjoy and respect.

Great library; please push an iPad release for true fullscreen video
As it says in the title. Video and audio quality are top-notch, and this is hands-down the best library of concerts and docs you’ll find anywhere. But. It’s hard to lose yourself in the music and be constantly reminded of what time it is, and how full your battery is. Please, please push a release of this app with true fullscreen video and zero other status bar cruft. Yours is the only video app I love that doesn’t do that.

One important thing
It has a great selection and awesome interface but for some reason I can’t get it to run in the background. There’s some concerts on here that you can’t find recordings of and I was hoping to be able to listen without having my phone open and the video playing. I hope either there’s something I’m doing wrong or that the app adds this to its features very soon. I am currently on the free trial and would seriously consider subscribing but for myself this is a deal breaker. Other than that there’s an amazing selection, Qello has wonderful quality, its just missing something that I would love to see app do. Thanks qello. Keeping my fingers crossed !

Great Content
The content offered on this app is outstanding. The only thing that bugs me is how the video automatically plays behind each item on the Home page on my Roku when you scroll to choose a video. Stop and start. Stop and start. Also the screen blacks out for a few seconds every time this happens. At least give the user the option to turn off that feature.
While I enjoy seeing the classic rock bands in today’s format, I would much rather see more vintage concerts when the band looks and sounds like I remember them.

Saw it, installed it, subscribed to it, then when I tried to use the app on my AppleTV I hated it because it wouldn’t work unless I pushed the concert I wanted to watch from my iPad. I reviewed it 2 months ago stating such. Well just after Apples OS 16.1 update of all of my Apple devices it works perfect on my AppleTV. Not sure if it was the app or the AppleTV box, but now that its working correctly I LOVE IT. I can now use all of the features. Again, love the app and service.😎

Makes Sense
My access to recorded music has evolved from 45s to LPs to 8 tracks to cassettes to CDs and, for the concert experience, DVDs. Now, with Quello and other sources, those concert experiences are available in a broader choice spectrum, with higher quality sound and, with Quello’s curation of the best production qualities, the best live performances from all those artists that recorded some now obsolete media. I like Quello

Super Disappointed
Downloaded app. Created password. Entered credit card. Activated a one-week free trial. This was last night. Tried and tried to get it to start working. Never did. Same thing this morning. I imagine it will magically begin working the day before my free trial ends.
I am so bummed because this app has everything- and I mean EVERYTHING -a music lover would ever want to watch, and I was looking forward to an entire 3-day rainy weekend of music. If I were rating for content, this would be 5 stars- the price for access to all of these live shows and documentaries is UNBELIEVABLY REASONABLE. I’d love to have had the chance to watch some of them!

Love the Documentary section
The Catalog of music documentaries is the best I have seen.
I will say that paying for the upgraded plan is worth it. We originally did the trial thru prime and downloaded the app on our phone. The trial was limited on the selection compared to what the app on our phone said so we loaded the stand alone Qello platform to our smart tv and love it

A must for introvert music lovers
I love concerts, but am not a fan of crowds. This has been such a wonderful source for seeing amazing shows without having to deal with the people aspect. A lot of older shows that I would have loved to have been a part of. Thank you for making such wonderful bits of music history available to the masses.

It’s great. However, today, you made a glitch when you added Annie Lennox’s “An Evening of Nostalgia” to your concerts when she’s already there. Thus, there are two recording of Annie Lennox’s “Evening of Nostalgia” concert! What should I do?
Update: You’ve added an Alice in Chains unplugged concert that’s already there. Also, could you add Video Games Live back?
