Good, but could be better
For what it is, the app is alright. It needs more customization options for custom wallpapers. Being able to add shortcuts for apps, change fonts, and add animated backgrounds would make a huge difference to the overall quality of the app. The app also has problems syncing weather, to where my watch shows weather that’s inaccurate or from a completely different location. The app is good, but it could be better.

Watch is better then the app
The app can use a lot of improvements! More face choices for one and better layout quality could be updated, there's definitely a lot of better apps out there unfortunately this is the only one that works for hello watch.

Calling feature
Calling feature does not function reliably possibly due to weak Bluetooth reception. Weather feature doesn’t work and can’t be removed, sidebar app icons can’t be customized and are set to useless functions. Why does this company continue to put out junk?

No support for Apple Health
The watch (Hello Watch) is good but the Qifit software is somewhat useless for someone using an IPhone. All other cheaper clones software is compatible with Apple Health but not this one. Please make this compatible to Apple software health app.
