Too limited
I work with 2 companies and both of them use Qliq. However I can only keep one Qliq app in my phone. I wished the developer would allow a second Qliq app or option so people who work with different companies can communicate without signing in and Out.

I would like to share with you how happy and pleased I am with the Qliq app. It has been a pleasure to work with the app as the Qliq company provides outstanding support for this product and we have had only good experiences with the app with next to no issues. The app is flawless and consistently works with no problems. The Support at Qliq is fabulous and their team has delivered to it’s customers a quality product that is well worth every penny !! I highly recommend any company needing a Secure Texting system to purchase this product as we at our Facilty have been using it for years and are extremely happy with the quality of the Qliq product and the quality of the Support from the Qliq team !!!

Would rate it lower if possible
This app is highly unstable. It unexpectedly crashes regularly, especially in the moments when I just taking pictures of all the forms I need to submit but right before I submit them. Fun times. Texting on this app is very frustrating. Words just disappear after typing. The fact that the last update for this app is over 2 years shows that the developers aren’t putting much stock into improving the app or at the very least making it useful to users. Unfortunately my employer uses it so I’m stuck, can’t wait until they find a better app to communicate on. I can’t wait to throw this app away

Wonderful service
We have been using the Qliqsoft app at my job for quite some time we all love it so easy to use , and the customer care people are wonderful and answer all questions in a timely manner , if you can’t figure something out ,we so happy with our choice. We will continue to use this wonderful app

Terrible
This is the worst HIPAA compliant texting program I have ever used. It’s almost impossible to type messages because words disappear inexplicably. It’s very difficult to find a particular patient’s thread because the title of each thread has the last person who contributed to it in large text with the patient’s name in tiny text below and it’s incredibly difficult to navigate the interface. I curse this stupid app every time I have to use it. My boss has been trying desperately to get out of the contract so that we can move to something better.

Great secure App
I work for a medical company and started deploying Qliq a few months ago. I like how easy it is to integrate into active directory and how easy it is for users to set up and use. The company is very responsive to all my questions. We are using the phone app as well as the desktop version and are very satisfied with both.

Unstable and drains battery on iOS 15
I have used this on my personal device for several years with few issues. Since I have upgraded from an iPhone 12 Pro Max to the 13 Pro Max with iOS 15, the app is extremely unstable, crashes repeatedly, synced data disappears and the resyncs repeatedly and it absolutely hammers my battery life even with background app refresh turned off. I now have to carry around a secondary device running iOS 14 just to do my job….seriously.

Very Frustrating!
The company I work for uses this app and I really have nothing good to say about it. But for me personally, it constantly crashes, anytime I’m typing and have to close out for whatever reason and then when I return to the app everything I had typed is erased. No option to like or react to a message, not able to reply to specific messages within the conversation, and unable to “@“ someone in a response.
