This app could be great, but it needs some basic bug fixes and and at least one additional key feature — the ability to edit/update currently scheduled rides.
The worst bugs:
1) it doesn’t understand that 12 pm comes before 1 pm. (I don’t understand why we do this, but we do, so the app function this way.) you can’t schedule a pick up for a 12:15 pm appt with a 1:30 pm return.
2) Recurring trips seem to assign a day later. Schedule for Tuesdays & Thursdays and it says you are scheduled for Wed & Fri.
Features: You cannot go back in and edit either the recurring or single trip reservations. You have to cancel. (And then it stays on your screen, only with canceled added at the bottom, causing further confusion.) Then you start over. And, you have the same errors.
This could be an extremely useful app with a bit more work. Without these above updates, all the money and effort that has gone into the app so far is basically wasted, as it is not adequately functional for widespread use. Please don’t give up on it.

Great app but can’t call transport companies!
I rely on this app to order transport for my mom. It works great but the most important issue that they need to address is ability to contact transportation company to adjust schedule or confirm the pickup time and location.
Either it’s a bug or the database is incomplete with the phone numbers. I see a call button but it is disabled.

Needs a ton of work. Right now it’s worthless
Can’t even sign in cause the drop down menu to select community won’t work. Then the one time I was able to sign in, I tried to book a ride and instead of asking for the pickup time it just default to 12 AM. I contacted the developer and they told me to delete and be installed and then I just had the same issue with the drop-down menu example work could be great app right now it’s just worthless.

I don’t know the point of this app
There is no number to contact the vendor or the driver in the app. You only have access to see if any vendor is assigned for the day.
The car service quality is so unstable and constantly late and no way to call unless you log in the MRTA’s website…This is just super inconvenient for kids with special needs…or anyone with medical concerns.

Broken and unusable
UI is broken enough that you can’t book trips or navigate the app. Some buttons don’t respond at all, trip booking UI elements only partially load, or don’t load at all.

Glitchy, unreliable, disorganized
This app is buggy enough that it’s made it difficult to make my important appointments. I’ve missed several. It needs a lot of work.
