GAME PLAY CHANGES --------------------------------------------------
game play has been rebalanced.
the rock-paper-scissors is no longer hard coded.
main base can be upgraded!
new specials and you always start with a special right away.
this is very helpful for some of the one player levels.
also, each special has a stronger effect as you upgrade your base.
all tech upgrades now have two levels (old version had one)
fighters used to have a specific advantage when attacking destroyers now they just cause more damage in large groups, which means they can cause some real damage to the main base, destroyers, battlestars, and outposts.
(your fighters are now capped at 50 at a time)
heroes are a bit stronger. they're very good for defense when in large groups with the 'hero heavy fire' strategy on
battlestars can now kill both fighters and heroes with their tractor beams
destroyers have way less hps, but cause a lot more damage. also, they no longer have auto-shielding against battlestar photons.
outposts are much stronger - more damage and hps.
they also upgrade much faster, so it's a good idea to get them early.
ONE PLAYER MODE --------------------------------------------------
rebuilt the one player levels.
(sorry, had to reset the data file so you're gonna lose your unlocked levels)

support for slow, fast, and crazy speed.
crazy speed = awesome insanity

upgraded the launch. destroyers and battlestars will immediately point in the direction of their target (instead of having to turn all the way around)
fixed a couple of bugs:
ai would get stuck and not launch ships in certain situations.

Good game. . .
It's a little basic. It could use some more ship types, maybe different game modes. I would pay for that version of the game.

Cool game but...
a few major things
firstly no sound or music, and it would really facinate me if there was music.
second, the AI even on slow builds way too fast, i see it building like 2 battlestars at a time! that aint fair, and i cant build fast enough, i cant even get past level 0.
thirdly, the bases have no defense, and id like it if that bases have greater defense the more they are upgraded, and im vulnerable.
Lastly, difficulty setting for the levels please?because i cant get past lvl 0. like an easy, medium, hard. the AI is super harddddddd
i have a couple suggestions now.
Create your own map? like put bases and outposts and ships wherever you want.
and connect to gamecenter because i want to challenge my friend.
other than that, the game is pretty good

Use too be fun,but not so much anymore
The game used too be fun with my favorite thing being the two players on the same iPad but now I can't even play it anymore and have fun, what I mean by that is anytime I try too play It the ai always wins, I don't even know how too use the controls, so finally my only request is that the game is made easy right too learn the controls and that the two player mode is readded.

Jeesuzh H. Christo. This is one of the most elegantly designed games of all time. This may even replace Cytron Masters (the early-80s Apple II strategy game) as my all time favorite.

spaceships! Yeah!
The game is simple, controls are not hard to figure out if your not a ding dong and graphics are basic pixels, this is what makes it so good. I respect this game.

This game was amazing before the update,maybe have a toggle for old/new? Also please add health bars for my ships. Overall still amazing
