Grand finale letdown
We finished the main quest of the puzzle and was instructed to do a thing with the app…which doesn’t appear to be implemented. Massive disappointment.

Amazing puzzle…awful app
The Quezzle puzzle is gorgeous. The pieces are clever and it was a joy to put it together.
The app is frustrating beyond belief. It asks you to take a picture of the eagle in the first puzzle and when you do that nothing happens. It just goes back to the Home Screen. There is zero feedback on whether you did it correctly or not.
Buy the puzzle to enjoy putting it together but the quest part is a big let down. It’s basically just ‘where’s Waldo’ in puzzle format.
The app is frustrating beyond belief. It asks you to take a picture of the eagle in the first puzzle and when you do that nothing happens. It just goes back to the Home Screen. There is zero feedback on whether you did it correctly or not.
Buy the puzzle to enjoy putting it together but the quest part is a big let down. It’s basically just ‘where’s Waldo’ in puzzle format.

Missing THE important feature
It’s ridiculous that the accompanying puzzle asks you to install this app for the final step and yet despite the app doing a bunch of other stuff, the developer didn’t add the one thing you actually installed it for.

Love Everything about the Physical Puzzles - App Doesn’t Work
The puzzles themselves are fantastic. Love the unique shapes and the search and find elements that make it interactive. Stinks we can’t finish the last step without a working app.

Love the puzzle - App doesn’t work
The quest within the puzzle is so much fun we loved it. Got to the very end, realized we had to download the app for the final “win” and can’t get it to work at all. Extremely disappointed.

Finale doesn’t work
Guys. This game is expensive. The whole finale is predicated on the app working. It clearly doesn’t work (look at your reviews). This is not a complicated piece of tech. Fix your game.

The app is nowhere near ready for release. There appear to be 3 main sections of the app. One section is missing 3/4 of its content, and another isn’t even selectable. Disappointing!
