Nothing but a kids toy
The app kind of works, but drawings and text cannot be modified. New text always appears in same corner, annoying. After you save and close, you cannot reopen and edit a doodle.
Maybe this is fun kids entertainment, but you cannot use it for note taking at work.

Confused
I tried to use this app but I was a little confused. The thing that looks like an eraser just colors over my mistakes. I uninstalled. I don't have time to spend on figuring out how an app works.
