Fun and simple platformer with full of nostalgic charm of 80's.
Raccoon is a retro style platformer filled with cute pixel graphics and sounds.
You have to collect all the fruits in time to complete level.
The game play is simple but will keep you entertained.
Try to complete as fast as possilbe to get best score and compare your high score to that of other players in leaderboard.
Currently total 25 levels of increasing difficulty from easy to hardest level which needs your control skill through dangerous passages and spiky obstacles.

- use direction pad and jump button
- to jump long distance, press jump button while holding down a direction button
- for easer control, choose control options in option menu.

Feels like an arcade game from the early 80's
I swear I thought this was an iOS port of an arcade game from the early 80's but it's an original title that mimic's the old arcade style. You simply need to collect the fruit on the level, the tricky part is the touch screen controls and learning to adapt to the way the character can jump. If you can get over the intense difficulty, and enjoy classic arcade game design you'll enjoy this game. I wish it had iCade support, it seems to be made perfect for an iPad in an iCade cabinet.

The Best Retro Game Ever but adds are annoying😫
This is an awesome game! It is really fun and challenging to play. I love the retro platform and how it has pixels👌🏻. The game is again fun to play. But the only thing that is giving you a 4 star rating is the adds. I cannot stand when adds pop up. If you can update and make an option where you can pay $0.99 cents for add free I would definitely purchase that. Also add MORE levels!

Simple, but great.
If u need your retro fix but don't own a classic console, then this game has u covered! Raccoons are my favorite animal, and seeing one in an arcade-style platformer is just glorious. This game is really fun yet challenging, which is a good thing considering SO many games now-days are easy. The only reason I gave the game 4 stars instead of 5, is because adds pop up a bunch. I suggest u get this amazing game.

Level 22 is impossible unless there is a jumping/ladder feature that I'm not aware of.....anyone know......????

This is such a horrible RIP-OFF of a classic: Donkey Kong (Nintendo) that is so bad, the Atari 2600 version made from Coleco is better in comparison!!
First, there is no background music of any kind.
Second, the sound effects are WORSE than the Atari 2600 version.
Third, the controls are HORRIBLE‼️🎮
There are VERY FEW games that are so bad, I hide them from my App Store History because I refuse to remember them. THIS is one of those horrible games that made that list!!!!!!!
I have games that are so old, they are no longer available for download that I keep on my App Store History because those were outstanding games.

Not a bad retro throwback
This game is done in classic arcade style. If you grew up playing games like Donkey Kong or Mappy, you don't need tutorials explaining how to move, and you most likely have the competence to figure things out on your own.
This title is a great throwback to those old games, and is actually pretty addictive despite the brutal difficulty. The game is built around timing big and small jumps while avoiding indestructible enemies. It would have been nice to be able to jump over enemies, or get some kind of Donkey Kong hammer, but the game is still fun, especially for a free title.
Definitely for fans of old arcade games only.

Great game
I like this game a lot. It's very difficult, but not impossible. There's only 20 levels. I did beat level 20, although it took me half a day to do it. The old style of arcade games are fun because they were always so difficult to begin with. There's more satisfaction in actually playing a game that takes skill rather than walking through a storyline.
I hope to find more games like this and hope this one gets updated with more levels.

I love the chubby little raccoon
This is such a simple, joyous game. It is a lot like the old NES and Atari games, like Donkey Kong and such. Other reviews have complained about the ads, but they are infrequent and can usually be skipped. I love my chubby little red raccoon!
