Overall this is a great game and super fun to play. I was testing out the newest iPhone a while ago at an Apple Store and I found this game and tried it. I just remembered that i had tried this game not too long ago, after i got my own phone. I downloaded it and have been enjoying it. It’s a very simple game which is nice, but seeing as it’s been two years it desperately needs an update. If there was an update i believe that a lot more people would play the game. I admire the idea and the concept behind the game, it’s a very unique concept and i think there should be more games containing it. If the developer reads this at all, please, give us an update! I will certainly play a lot more and rate it to a five star! Or maybe create a new game containing this concept? Either way i’m looking forward to more games like this. Thank you! 👍🏻

I see how developers are finally taking advantage of the iPhone X’s special feature. This is such a fun game although it gets my face a bit tired , but great exercise for my facial muscles haha! The movement is really accurate, and I love the real life interactive experience. This is just a simple collect the stars with movement type of game, but imagine what more could come ? I’m excited , I look forward to more games with the incorporation if true depth sensor.

So, I got this game a few years ago and it was really fun. (Not gonna brag but I had a high score of 127). I was surprised on how someone just came up with the concept of controlling with your eyebrows. And I like that all the faces only cost $1.99. So in general, it’s a fun game. The only problem is, recently I was bored so I decided I wanted to play, but right when I pressed on the app to play, it kicked me out of the game back into apps. Then I thought “Hmm, that’s weird” and tried again. It didn’t work. I tried again and again and again but none of the times it worked. Then I turned my phone off and back on. Nope. Then I DELETED the app and downloaded it again. Nada. I know it’s not just me because my cousin was having the same problem. So I hope it’s just a coincidence that me and my cousin both had the problem, but if it’s not I pray to all of Rainbrows creators that they can fix this fluke. 🙏🙏🙏

I gave this app 4 stars instead of 5, because I realized when it didn’t work in the dark and when my blond-eyebrowed friend was having trouble playing, that the X series True Depth system wasn’t being used… just the regular selfie cam.

I am near-sighted and wear progressive lenses. When I hold my screen close where I’m comfortable without my glasses, that’s too close and the app won’t work. When I hold it further, the game is fuzzy for my myopic eyes. When I put my glasses on, I have to hold my head uncomfortably far up and the phone far away to see it clearly.

Why is this a problem for the normal front-facing camera ? Does Apple even give you access to the True Depth array?

I found this game demoing an iPhone 11 at my local Sam's Club. I loved it so I got it on my iPhone XR. It works fine, but really hurts my face (lol). though, the worse part is that sometimes it would not move even when I tried my hardest to make my expressions. I also realized that this app just doesn't use the TrueDepth features... I tested so by covering the Facial Projector, the Brightness Sensor, and the TrueDepth camera leaving only the selfie camera left... but somehow the app still worked? yeah... definitely not using the TrueDepth system. Great thought, but can be amazingly better with tweaks.

This is quite an interesting game. To start, I’ve noticed that it can be quite finicky. You pretty much have to hold the device directly in line with your face at all times, and little obstructions such as a few hairs falling down your forehead can prove to be a big impairment to the game’s ability to recognize your gestures. The game itself is quite simple. It doesn’t have much depth to it, making it feel like nothing more than a tech demo for the TrueDepth camera system. I appreciate the game and its distinctiveness, but it doesn’t seem like something I can enjoy on the normal.

Overall, this is a creative and fun game that takes great advantage of the iPhone X true depth camera. It is very addicting. Unfortunately, moving the character up is seeming to be too easy because a lot of the time my straight face registers as eyebrows raised. When I do go up, it is usually never for the amount I want. If there was a way to increase/decrease sensitivity that may help the situation, but the game is not easily playable with the current setting. I implore you to fix this in a future update.

I found this game at an Apple store a few months ago and I just remembered it. I was a little skeptical if I could download it because I don’t have a new iPhone or even a phone, but I could download, so I could play it, right? Wrong. As soon as I got into the app it told me I couldn’t play and listed the right types of phones. If you can’t play it the App the why don’t you block the app from people with the wrong type of electronics like other apps do? But it still was a fun game when I played it at the App Store.

The compatibility says that it works with my phone but the app says it doesn’t.
I don’t mean to be rude or offensive but the info place says it would work, it didn’t and I need to make sure that the app isn’t just broken or that my phone just isn’t compatible. Sorry to bother but I gave the app four stars because it is a great idea and it must be fun but I’ve never played it so... Please tell me if I’m wrong or something and reply. Thank you!

So I made sure to check that my device, a 10.5” iPad Pro, was compatible with this app. Yep, the listing on the App Store specifically says that it’s compatible with my 10.5” iPad Pro. So I download the app and I open it. Guess what happened next? I get a black screen with white text explaining that the app is actually NOT compatible with my 10.5” iPad Pro.

I can deal with apps not being compatible with my device, that’s not my issue. My issue is that the developer can’t get the store listing correct for their own friggin’ game! So I ended up wasting my time just because the devs can’t get it together. Thanks... jerks!
