It doesn’t has support for ePub and CBR and that’s half of the staff that I want to access In my hard drives. Another thing would be having more options in the video player, like being able to adjust the speed of the video; I am storing a lot of tutorials so I can watch them on my iPad, and I would love to be able to speed them up, or just make the option of playing in a 3rd party app work, because it doesn’t.The app will be perfect when all of those are implemented, I’m really happy with the rest, good job!

So close
Please make the ac750 appear in iOS files app as a location so that photos can be opened directly into editing apps. Also add battery life to app. The app is mostly stable in ios13 beta. You really should update the app ux. It could really be much better. The design is too delicate for its core audience. At minimum would be nice to be able to open-in directly into apps on device. One big compliment: I sold my gnarbox after testing the ac750.

Good idea, terrible execution
While the app looks clean, runs smoothly, and looks professional; there are still many improvements that need to be made. One prime example is, when I backed up all of my photos through Ravpower which was connected to a 2 TB external hard drive, it preformed flawlessly. The actual transfer. However, idk about you, but I still had plenty of photos that I wanted to delete. When I got to delete one single photo, the app crashes. When I reopen the app the photo is deleted but I would have to repeat the process of going through each photo one by one and the app crashing every single time.

Keeps stating it can’t connect to internet
Keeps stating it can’t connect to internet. Prior to this update I could use the hub without needing to have access to the internet. All my devices will no longer work unless I connect to internet or use the data internet on my phone. The main reason I bought the hub was to be able to still use it without being connected to the internet. All my devices connect to my hub just fine it’s the app stating I need to connect to the internet. Very disappointed knowing the main functionality of the device, for me, is no longer available. Please fix as soon as possible.

Great updated version
This app works great for what I need. The interface has been updated with a cleaner look and easier navigation. I use this for watching video with no internet connection. My video library loads with thumbnails which makes browsing through it very nice. I have not had any connection problems or bugs on my iPhone 6s Plus with this app.

I love this app and device. I honestly don’t know why reviewers are attacking it so badly. I recorded hundreds of videos from the internet, many of which are no longer available, saved them to an SD card and uploaded them to a 2 TB ext hard drive via the Rav device and now I can watch them anytime, anywhere. Have folks read the manual?

I love this
I have many devices and I like being able to seamlessly transfer files from one device to another. I don’t have to keep all of my pictures of my volunteer activities on some cloud. I keep everything on my portable 2TB hard drive and just connect it to my laptop or to my iPad/iPhone via the RAV FileHub and get whatever I need.

Doesn’t work in iOS 16
It looks like this app has been abandoned, it hasn’t been updated in 3 years. As of iOS 16 I am no longer able to start the app.
I bought the hardware a few months ago to backup SD cards without a computer. I’m technically still able to do that, but the app made it easier to see what percentage was done backing up and properly eject the card. Now I have to wait for light blinking to stop and power off the device between cards.

Very frustrating to use
I use it to copy videos and music from outside of iTunes. That part works ok. But there is no sorting feature at all. Files on my iPhone are sorted in some crazy random order. I would like to at least sort alphabetically. Second this program loses audio when using Bluetooth. I can see and hear my first video fine. Anything after that , I see video but no audio. I have to reset the Bluetooth receiver to hear audio again. This app is very problematic. Please fix.

App not opening
I try opening the app and it just closes,before it used to work fine but now it’s not working I have had it for a while and I do recommend this product though it’s great just stopped working recently
