Really helpful and only getting better!
I have found this app to be very helpful with my CMC arthritis. It makes doing daily exercises fun and easy to do anywhere. Just a few minutes a day and I am experiencing wonderful relief from my hand pain. I highly recommend it. Take the time to do the tutorials and learn how to play properly and you'll have a much better experience than if you just jump in and try to play. Good luck!

Thumb arthritis pain resolved
I’ve suffered from throbbing pain at the base of my thumb (CMC joint) for years and have been searching far & wide for a solution. I heard about the Reactiv App and decided to give it a try. Once I signed up, an amazing Occupational Therapist named Hannah Pugh reached out and helped me get set up. She walked me through the process and taught me how to use and protect my thumb joint in daily activities. Hannah also patiently helped me learn how to play the therapeutic games on the app. The games are super fun, a bit addictive and time just flies by…it’s not boring at all. Incredibly, my thumb started feeling noticeably better within the first several sessions of playing. And now several months later, my hand is much stronger, more flexible and best of all, I rarely have thumb pain. I highly recommend this app!

I didn’t think I would be able to address the pain and issues I was having virtually, but my appointment with Dr. Krystal Brewington actually fully addressed and got to the root of the problem I was facing.
It far exceeded my expectations and I’m now confident that I can heal and remedy the issues I am having while following Dr. Brewington’s plan (which is conveniently communicated and laid out within the apps messaging feature).
I have already recommended to others and mothers who may have experienced the same issues as myself.

Worth it
A little pricy but it is worth it. The AR exercises are gamified to do more of what you want to do. If you have questions you can talk with a licensed Occupational Therapist who will answer your questions. For a few you can even schedule a video conference with the therapist.
I am a Sign Language Interpreter. Many of the exercises don’t directly apply to me or my field but the team put together some games specifically to help me.

Fun app games aimed towards arthritis pain management
I was nervous to try doing hand exercises because I work a lot of hours with a lot of typing. I have arthritis in both thumbs. This app really eased me into it and I’m starting to notice a difference with pain. I really like that the exercises are with games!

Incredibly addictive
I hardly have any pain, but this app is truly addictive and so fun to play. Instead of tapping mindlessly, you are more engaged in the game and as a result your exercises. I can not recommend this app and service enough!

If you don’t pay you can’t play, camera isn’t great
The camera is sticky. The program wants you to aim and shoot. If the interface/camera was better you could aim. Just do your own exercises this was not fun.
