They need to read a book on Apps
I love the idea of this, but perhaps they should get someone to read a book on phone and web applications. This would have been perfect for listening to in the car, but nothing loads without WiFi. You can’t keep track of what you’ve read, and the search isn’t great. So much potential, and the summarizations are great, but they are way too hard to navigate and listen to the way the app and the website are set up.

Don't Do it!!!!
The idea is great and honestly, the service they offer is great. HOWEVER, you will not be successful at canceling. I have been trying to cancel for 3 months (while they just keep charging me). They don't respond to your request to cancel. The website and app do not give you a way to cancel. DON'T sign up unless you intend to sign up for life. Even then, reconsider - their integrity is in question. Who is to say they won't eventually shut down and everyone that paid a lifetime subscription paid for nothing.

Such good info in an unfriendly format
Agree with others users. Content good, App needs work. I found the search function doesn’t work well, the categories not that helpful as content can often be easily categorized under a few different headings. I wish it were a quality App that matched the quality content.

You can't cancel this membership, don't do it.
You can't cancel your mounthly membership. I needed to cancel after a month because I was using the resources for an online grad course. Now I am stuck paying monthly. I have sent multiple emails and not once have I recieved a response. There is not an option through my profile or online for me to cancel. I have been charge for 3 months now instead of just 1. Although it was a great resource, the extra $60 and potentially $90 IS NOT worth it.

Massively outdated - horrible app
I was excited about the platform but this app has really ruined it for me. It doesn’t integrate with the phone’s audio as music and this app can play at the same time. The screen size looks like it’s from an iPhone 3 and 4 out of 5 times the app locks up when not on WiFi and I’m not able to listen to the book readings. It’s a great idea but this app needs to be redeveloped by someone who knows what they are doing and has programmed in the last decade.

I like the service and the content But the app is horrible horrible. I want you to listen to this on the road through my phone and will probably cancel my subscription next month if the app is not improve. Too bad is I really like the service

Stuck with awful performance
Amazing content provider, terrible app implementation. More frequently than not it hangs and will not operate. Does not integrate wit any maps program to pause audio while directions being given. Often forgets your place when leaving app and coming back later.

No way to cancel, and they don’t respond to emails
I had written several emails to cancel before I was charged the $30 or whatever it was, with no response and there’s no way to cancel yourself.
They eventually did write back saying, ‘I canceled it’
And haven’t responded to my inquiry for refund.
Really great concept, but wish they had other books aside from corporate ladder climbing motivation stuff.

Super frustrated
I would love to try this app but I can not even sign up! I downloaded the app and was prompted to sign in. There is NO space to create a new user name and password. It just keeps telling me my information is not found. Am I missing something?!?!?

Nonfunctional app
Search doesn’t work at all - blank screen. Doesn’t seem to sync with the web version.
Favorites is also a blank screen.
Surely, it’s not that broken? The web version seems to work fine.
