The new Real Authentication app is revolutionary. I’ve been using Real Authentication for a couple years now and there is no other business I would trust to authenticate my bags. I buy a sell bags on a daily basis. Real Authentication has found fakes for me before I made the purchase. Real Authentication’s services have prevented time and money loss for my designer bag resale business. The new Real Authentication app streamlines my authentication needs allowing me to buy and sell bags even faster. Unreliable- no customer service communication
I had to pay $90 to have a Chanel bag authentication done because the first time I submitted photos of the original bag they stated that they couldn’t certify the authentication process and gave me a credit back to my app . I resubmitted the next day with a 12 hour turnaround service because I was under a deadline from the day before so I am up to a $60 fee with a copy of the original certification from the other sellers website and they said they made a mistake but they charged me twice- that should’ve been a refund. In addition I had no way to reach then no phone number no email response so I was forced to submit a second authentication request what a racket

Real Is Better!
Super excited to see the RA app get an update! The process was easy, the app is smooth to browse my orders and the turnaround time was quick. You can upload pics from your phone and they provide what photos are needed in advance. I buy a lot of pre-loved items and you can never be sure of authenticity these days. I love the add-ones like the authenticity card which I always order in case I decide to re-sell later on. Looking forward to using RA again soon!!

Don’t waste your time and money
This app is a joke. First of all it’s not user friendly at all and hard to use. I uploaded my pictures of a handbag and paid for the authentication service. Later I received an email that I have to upload more clear photos of a couple things. I went back to the app, logged in and I don’t see the in progress authentication anywhere. That’s ridiculous and I’m not paying again. This app needs to be revamped completely and may be a complete scam.

I’ve used a few services but nothing beats RA in terms of service, brands, professionalism and results. They seem to be always updating everything and trying to add more value. Happy user here.

The new Real Authentication app is way more user friendly and my order was completed in an hour. The status bar is sick. I was able to see the status of my order in live time!!!

Cool app
Downloaded the Real Authentication app a while back and just used it recently for an on the spot authentication and the update blew my mind. It was a much needed upgrade and super easy to use.
