I guess my Real Solitaire Pro has recently updated. The “improvements” are terrible. The cards have to do a little dance when they are moved. Also, the slightest touch on the pile of cards will cause, not one, but two or three cards at lightning speed. These changes make a game I used to really like a new game that sits in my iPad never being used.
Somehow, my old solitaire has returned. I don’t understand that happened. I don’t believe it actually updated, but it seems to have done so. What the hell happened. Nevertheless I am happy to have my old familiar Solitaire back!

I have been very happy with this version of solitaire since my first iPad. I have looked at some of the many other versions but this is the best. The only problem I had with my new iPad is the automatic inclusion of the Game Center. I did not like the intrusion at the conclusion of every game(sorry Apple) solitaire means solitaire! Anyway I finally figured out how to disable it and now I am very happy. Thank you. I don't understand why my iPhone 6s Plus does not have left or right hand option. Lucky for me I don't play on my phone much! It is very annoying to be stuck with left hand play.

Not too fun since several upgrades ago..
Ever since the upgrades....the game is very hard to win.. the best games were 3.8.3....(back 2 years ago?). I emailed Edgerift and they said that it had not changed with new upgrades... that is sooooo not true! My husband and I have played Las Vegas Solitaire for years, and could get our scores up there quite a bit! Now it is almost impossible to get a good score ($$). We seem to most always be in the negative! This really bugs me!!!! Bring back what it use to be!

Had this app for years and play off and on in 1000 game increments. Rarely do you win more than a couple of games in a row, if your win rate does climb the app slaps you down. We’re not taking losing a few including a handful of close games. We’re talking “none shall pass” type games. No amount of restarts or card manipulation can stop a 20 game loss streak correction. Types of games repeatedly that you don’t even get through the deck more than 2-3 times (3 card). If you are playing, notice the lack of close games you lose, they are rare. No matter if you restart or undo to try different plays. Once the game decides you’ve won enough it gets unpleasant in a hurry.

Love the Halloween Theme
This is a pretty straightforward solitaire game. It’s does everything you expect from solitaire and it’s free. I come back every fall to play the Halloween theme. Someone put their heart and soul into designing this feature. It really draws you in. At first you see the spooky house, the appearance and disappearance of the witches, ghosts and bats. Then you start noticing movement on the porch. Am I really seeing spiders in the corner? It’s so dark I’m not sure I trust my eyes. I’ve heard the owl, but it really, really took me a long time to see it up in a tree. There are spooky surprises in store if you look for them.

Changing hands
I love this version of solitaire compared to others out there. Love changing up the wallpaper and cards throughout the year.
My one complaint is that to change from right to left hands you have to go into menus and scroll, scroll before hitting the button to change. I change hands often depending on time of day and where I’m doing it. Sometimes my right hand is more convenient and sometimes my left hand. I would love it if this was an easier, quicker button so I could change more frequently.

There are many solitaire game apps and this is far superior than any other game. I love how the game is set up and you can choose different backgrounds even from my own photos or wall paper. It’s challenges you on the cards and I have it set up to tell me it’s un-winnable (as crazy as that sounds it makes you a better player) play this every night before bed.

Everything works, the decks are ok, I like the sounds, BUT it is like the decks needs to be better shuffled/randomized better. There are a lot of times I’ll end up with all the cards being one color, or I will have three of a kind, or a bunch of the cards are still in sequence as if they were not shuffled completely.
When this happens with a real deck, I do a “wash”, I don’t know the real term, but spread the entire deck out flat, mix them, then reassemble the deck. Then shuffle it a few more times. I don’t know what you do with a digital deck, but it just feels like it needs a better randomizer than whatever it is using.

Great Visuals and Screens, But...
The clarity and crispness of the cards and the beautiful background pictures are truly amazing, but... the games portrayed get repeated.
There are tens of thousands of different combinations of cards, but some hands are repeated. It is annoying to have the same cards show up.
On my list of top scores, the lowest number is 730 as I play frequently. I wish more card hands would be added to the mix and I’d rate it a 5!

Fun& Games
This is the best game! It’s fun, makes you think, and I especially love the Halloween and the Christmas wallpapers! Wish more people could put such wonderful graphics on their games! Sound effects are awesome. Been playing this for years and I don’t plan on changing to another game. This is perfect when you just want some mindless fun that is also good for your brain!
