Hello everyone, I’m just gonna write a few reason I think Realm Defense is the best tower defense game out there. Your standard tower defense games are just the same thing over and over. In Realm Defense you Gabe hero’s you can unlock and buy and level them up to Increase there stats and special attacks. There a multitude of mini games to be played as well, which allows us users to earn power items or ether or unlock stronger hero’s. You have arcade mode and endless mode which is a good way to earn free power ups by using your raid cards you automatically get the highest level for the world that you’ve completed. The developers are very friendly and very fast on response time when I contact them. I’ve always won free gems a few times by just share Realm Defense Facebook post. Just share there post and keep a look out for other free give aways. And it only cost you one share of Realm Defense Facebook post, so you can’t beat that, easy free money boys. An to the developer’s who have worked countless days an night to make this game the best it can an I thank you all, Everyone who had anything to do with this game should be very proud of themselves. An I would just like to say thank to your whole team from developers to graphic design team to the coders, Artists/Visual’s, an the customer support team you all were a huge help in getting me my gems I win. Keep up the great work and remember stay a team an this game will take your company to the next level.

One of the Best FTP Tower Defense Games
I have played this game for a while on and off, but recently picked it back up again and have played it for near 3-4 months in a row, and I can say that this game is one of the best ones out there. No annoying popups for micro transactions, so spending feels more supportive of the game rather than because you have to, and the game makes you have to progress and farm. You get to unlock heroes as you progress through the campaign in which you have to save up gems for, a currency you get through the campaign as well as the tournament and other modes. As well as unlocking heroes, you get to rank them up to unlock more power, making all your heroes even stronger. This game takes a while to rank everyone up and hit the top of tournament, but it’s fun at any point of the game. New content is released every few months and there are events that you can participate in to unlock new skins and heroes which is cool. The community for the game is also enjoyable as everyone is helpful and can provide insight in playing the game and what to do. A new world will also be coming soon so play the game now!!
Like any game, there are it’s downsides, like some heroes are too weak while others dominate and content can feel slow once you got through all there is at the moment. But any game has its moments of not being the best.

I just downloaded the game again after having no played for about 2 years, the game has changed alot but not for the better. Theyve added 3 new worlds and atleast 7 more heros. World 3 was also only 20 levels when i played before. The arcade and Realm Siege are new so theres lots of stuff to do in the game but its all time-gated or encourages you to pay money for gems.
A couple years ago this game was not like that, you could re-run levels you had already beat to level up your heros, i came to leave this review and saw that i had already began a review a couple years ago and it said “Elixir is easy to get now that ive run world 2 level 16 about 80 times now lol, great game!” This was a game you could sit down and play for hours and continually progress, you could grind your hero levels. Now you only get exp from unbeaten levels and the gem rewards are far lower than they used to be, you even get less gems from the quests. I remember having all the available heros unlocked by the time i finished world 3, and now im not even close and cant afford anymore after having bought obsidian who used to be a great hero but he seems weak now.
Overall okay game to play for a day, probably would not spend money on it since your money wont take you far. Too much time-gating.

Best challenging rewarding game out there
I have played this game once when I was around 10 years old but gave up because it was too challenging. But now I re downloaded it and I gotta say, devs thank you. There’s a lot of haters out there who want everything in life easy, but what kind of game is that? Through persistence, you can get all the best heroes for free. I didn’t spend a buck and beat all the levels to world 6 with three stars. I’ve only played for 6 months and I’ve done it. The boss fights are so fun and sometimes seems impossible but with the right heroes and combos of towers it’s possible. I have rank 6 narlax and yan and Leif and almost all the other guys. Also making the gems precious makes the game all the more exciting. Now I’m just waiting for world 7 and gonna rank up koizuul. This game is really enjoyable and if you use your gems and items carefully you could do even better then pay to win guys. Thanks devs and keep up the great work. Also nobody paid me to leave this comment because the games actually good. This is like the first game I gave 5 stars to.

Months of EPIC gameplay until world 3!
This is one of the best free tower games! However, everything stops once you reach the end of world 3...this is where I feel the game falls short and becomes a cash cow. 1) it takes forever to earn free gems (30 daily login non stop + extras will earn you 2000+ gems a month with each decent heroes costing 6000+. It will take 3-4months of daily play to buy a medium rank hero). 2) forced to micromanage EVERYTHING what you buy/use early on 3) tournaments are pointless once you reach gold rank since you will be under leveled. You stay idle until you spend gems to upgrade heroes so you can compete with other players who have max heroes. There should be an up/down league ranking system to earn more gems so we can qualify to earn more free gems 4) since you’re underleveled and and can’t finish harder overpowering levels the game will crash consistently. There is ZERO recovery. If you wasted items on a level and game crashes then all items used are lost leaving you in the negative and starting over from beginning 5) The only remedy to all these problems is to buy gems. As a freebie player you’ll need lots of patience, time and Gems so you can level up, unlock or buy better expensive heroes.
This is really a great game with lots of potential but once you reach midway you’re stuck and everything becomes a repetitive grind for free gems.

Great overall
I really have to say I enjoy the game! Really fun, def need to use strategy which I like a lot. Each world is unique nd has different towers and introduces new hero’s. Devs do give out gems to get the upgrades without having to pay as long as you don’t mind spending months to collect and grind. I have 1/3 of the hero’s and I’ve been playing for 3 months. I think it will take over a year to get enough gems to maybe get all the hero’s but at that rate I’ll drop this game and move to the next and I’ll never complete it.
Downside is hero’s take forever to progress or ‘rank up’ and fall behind in each new world if you don’t. Kinda expensive upgrades....and you don’t gain experience if you replay any maps so you’re forced to wait on elixir mine to get experience (but mine only produces so much and I’m at a level where it takes a week to level up 1 hero). Each world has a challenge area but need to get the new hero’s in order to unlock it. To upgrade hero’s skills you need to beat the challenges.
I wouldn’t mind paying for some hero’s or gems if they were cheaper. At the current time $20 for a hero is too expensive. Kingdom rush is waaay cheaper for their hero’s.

Best app game I’ve had
This is by far one of my favorite games. I used to be so bored in study hall because eventually the no-internet app games get old. When I started playing this I was surprised by how fast time went by. I play it in my free time too now and love it especially because of the heroes you can get that really add to the tower defense basis. I don’t spend any real money on items or heroes and find that it is still just as fun. If you take the time to work at the levels and level up your heroes, try new strategies, and check the box for what other people suggested then it’s no problem. No money needed. I am a bit over halfway through world 2 so maybe I might change my view on not spending money later on when it gets harder or I have to unlock other worlds but for now I love this game a lot and I still will even if I need to spend some money eventually. You can always get heroes for gems and right now I don’t see them cornering me into buying something with real money which is great. Also it doesn’t inundate me with ads which is another plus. Five stars, no doubt.

Very fun game that’s free if you want it to be
Overall as far as good tower defense games go I really enjoy playing this! Although it’s not my favorite type of TD (i prefer ones you build mazes with your towers) Got it when it only had one world and have been playing every now and again since! Never needed to spend any money on it and have all but one hero that was just released and this is a really good game with constant updates and support. The team working on this game has been fantastic and constantly delivered! Only thing I have a complaint about is the balancing of hero’s. There’s really no point to using more than half of the hero’s because the balancing is just really bad (although they are the cheap ones) the new hero’s typically are always better than any old ones even though the abilities are vastly different. They Need to work on how to balance some things so that certain hero’s actually give you a strategy. Why waste time on the awaking tokens for older hero’s? When the new hero’s cost the same amount of gems basically and automatically are better. This is apparent in the tournament mode where you can see everyone in the top 10 uses the same hero set.

Very fun buuuuut...(minor rant)
I rated this 5 stars because I enjoy playing this game very much and I see no huge flaws yet. The only thing that I think needs buffing is the elixir mine(s). I think that it should generate way quicker. It would be helpful if it generated quicker so I could level up my hero’s faster. Whilst on the topic of hero’s, I need to complain a little about the rate you gain cards for your hero’s to level up(the non elixir route aka the grind route). I’m only just starting out so I don’t know if this changes later in the game but, you gain like 1-15 cards for year hero’s to level per 3 star win. It sounds like a lot at first but when you need thousands it’s nothing. I think they should buff this rate too. Not too much but maybe like 30-45 cards for hero’s per 3 star win. Once again, I don’t know for sure if this changes post-game. Other than those minor things this game is very fun and addictive. Personally I really like how the more stars you get the more you can upgrade your towers. Anyways, this game is very unique, fun, and all around enjoyable to play. I recommend this game 10/10!!!

Cool Game
So far so good with this game. I love tower defense games and this one by far is the most entertaining. I gave it four stars only because obviously you have to do a lot of grinding to level up your heroes, acquire them and acquire gems. It’s a free game but I understand the creators would like to receive some kind of revenue, so in order to bypass any pay to win scheme, you have to watch ads. The ads are a bit extreme, but not overwhelming and annoying. If you want extra items then all you need to do is watch ads and if you don’t, then you don’t have to watch any. Also, the prices on the bundles and buying gems are high. (Really far fetched and unbalanced). Overall though, this a great time killer, if you bored, and they even have weekly tournaments where you can get extra gems, but even then, to reach top 3 and move up the ranks is on the harder side, but not difficult. I wish they would reward better too. A good game, not great but not bad either. I hope the creators see what us players would like for the game to become better, so let’s see what happens in the future.
